It is a nice, recently remodeled hotel. A little hard to find and unload on the narrow street, but ok.
But, Checkin took more than a half hour. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The shower is mounted at two meters, and the shower stall only has a half door, so unless you are tall enough to change the angle, you have a very were bathroom. Parking is on the parallel (main) street. Ok, but not good in the rain.
What takes this from a 4 to a 1 is the barking dog all day and night. The owner/operator lives in a house right next to the hotel, and has a dog that barked day and night. amazingly stupid.
