Casa Pargulitu is one of the homes in our hamlet, U Poghjunovu di Cupabia.

Designed by an architect, Casa Pargulitu is cool, practical, and secure. It’s been created so you’ll quickly feel at home, whether you’re traveling with friends or family with children.

Simple and functional, this 80 m² house features natural materials, plenty of light, coolness in summer, and warmth in winter. Its bioclimatic design makes it a true haven, perfectly blending into its surroundings.

Outside, a large shaded terrace of about 50 m² invites you to relax, share meals, and enjoy long summer evenings.

Close to the beaches and open to the landscape, this villa offers the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy everyone’s privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private toilet, and the single-level outdoor space invites you to relax and take in the view.

Here, the hillside and the view of Cupabia Bay feel like they’re yours.

The house is an 8-minute drive from beaches and local shops. Explore the area on foot via marked trails or by bike for the more active.

Within 20 minutes by car, you can reach natural hot springs or visit a prehistoric site.
