My hotel room was comfortable. The location was in an interesting area. The restaurant section. The hotel is not centrally located. Taxis are inexpensive in Seoul, so getting to the city center wasn't a problem. I recommend the Zip Hotel if you're looking for an affordable, clean, safe place to stay.

It was a very affordable property! The room was super nice! I recommended this place to a friend! The only ‘inconvenience’ is that there is one elevator, so you may be waiting a while but there are stairs located next to the front desk! The popcorn/water/tea/coffee/ice cream service was super nice! Especially with the hot weather we’ve been having! 4.8/5, would stay here again!

Great location in Seoul. Great room and good staff. Right close to one of the main subways. Subways are far more efficient than taxis in this town. Very near a university, many young people at the hotel, but no real problems. Some problems with basic facilities, but not bad. Likely need to wash stuff off some off the rooms walls as university students and gamers have spilled soft drinks on the walls.
