The staff are friendly and accommodating, we love the location of the room 2101 overlooking the intersection of the city scape and view of the mountains and the location of the hotel just in front of the bus station for easy commute. There are few things I wish that they’ll look into is the bath towels and robes are worn out, and the water from the shower leaks out through the glass door creating lots of puddle in front of the sink. Other than that I would stay there again.

I made a reservation at the Silla Stay Seodaemun underground restaurant specifically to enjoy a beer and some quiet time, but they closed the restaurant that evening without any prior notice.
