The staff were really really kind and helpful! They really took care of us and made us feel welcome, the location was very convenient and located near a delicious bakery and convenient store. The cleaners were always very on time, and as soon as we left (even for a short time) they managed to come in super quick to make our room as much as they could with clean towels and folded our bed even though our room was always messy with all of our things. the only thing i didn't like was the elevator always made a ding everytime it came to our floor - im more sensitive to sound so if someone else's door closed, it would be loud for me.

I love this hotel! The people are very hospitable and I even received 2 heat packs from them because they saw I was freezing just as I arrived :)) There was also coffee beans freshly ground by machine and variety of breads provided at cafe in the morning. I was so grateful I left a tip! Thank you so much! The coffee is also delicious

Sweet neighborhood right near the mountain hike. Price was right for what I got. Not luxury, but if you’re not spending time in your hotel room, it’s perfect!

Excellently located - very close to subway, making for very easy travel. Very walkable (under 15 minutes) to Namdaemun market, Myeondong, Shinsaegae Duty Free, Seoul Station, Lotte Young Plaza; as well as other less-thought of places like a 24-hour self-coin laundry, lots of coffee shops barely 5 minute walk away, and the TMoney HQ building. Hotel itself was clean and had all necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. Also a 24-hour sit-in dining area where you could go to relax a bit. Would book again!

Hotel was pretty decent. The cleanliness was better than what people had described. It's not a 5 star Hotel but cleaner than pther places. Close to the subway station and bus stop. Bigger than I anticipated so a plus there. There is an uphill getting there so it was a struggle with our luggage but without the luggage, it was fine.

The property was in a great area. Close to the main train station, restaurants and some great sight seeing spots. The room was very clean but needs a little TLC. Staff were great and coffee was available 24 hrs a day.

I'd stay here again and Id recommended it.

The hotel was great! My only complaint was the beds were to firm for me comfort wise. Otherwise the shower was good-great water pressure. The complentary breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean, hallways clean and quiet. Hotel wifi could have been a bit better but I got service either by the concierge desk or their cafetera. Everyone was great, cheerful and helpful!
