The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back.

I can’t say enough about this property. The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the food everything fabulous. As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel. Never posted a review before but I had to let them know how wonderful they are.
