This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine and I’m so, so grateful she did. This hotel was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There was some construction going on, but it was only going on during certain hours and I was out of the hotel then anyway. They also offered to change rooms for me if I was at all uncomfortable. All of the staff was very kind and accommodating and always greeted me whether I was leaving the hotel or returning. I also wanted to specifically comment on how wonderful Chloe was at the hotel. I had the misfortune of losing my wallet with my credit cards and passport and while it was an extremely stressful 24 hours, the restaurant that had my wallet had contacted the hotel and Chloe told me my passport had been found. I asked if it was my wallet or just my passport, which either one I was grateful for! After taking the time to explain how to get to the restaurant and printing directions for me, Chloe took it upon herself to not only call the restaurant to confirm it was in fact my entire wallet, but she also emailed me to help ease my worries. After retrieving my wallet and returning to the hotel, one of the gentleman came up to me and told me how concerned Chloe had been for me. It was so sweet and touching and meant so much to me. They also held my luggage for me so I could spend my last few hours in Seoul enjoying it while I could with my friends. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone, especially a lone female. I felt very safe.

Exceptional Service and Prime Location

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many great attractions. The service was outstanding, particularly the front desk staff member who speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful. During my trip, I stayed at three different hotels, and this hotel’s staff stood out as the best.

The power outlets in the room didn't work with my computer, cell phone charger, and the hair styler. The thermometer in the room didn't work. Very frustrating. The worst was Internet was not working for my computer, but that turns out the problem was my computer. I did not like the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff are nice and friendly, they tried their best to help.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Insadong. The lovely shops and cafés are just acriss the stree in Ikseon-dong! The laundry facilities are comfortable and the roof top has a wonderful space to gather. There is a beautiful view of Namsan Tower! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again on my next visit ro Seoul.

The room air conditioning really affected my stay. The heat wouldn’t go below 23.5°C so I was constantly waking up in a sweat as the air con unit kicked in and stopped all night long. I opened the window to let air in but as I was on the 2nd floor a lot of loud street noise came in. I wouldn’t stay here again slowly for this reason as I didn’t have one good nights sleep during my 5 night stay.

This is the place you want to stay. Spotlessly clean from the rooftop garden down to the laundry room in the basement. The only negative is that many large bus groups are coming and going many times, so the desk and lobby area gets very congested.,

This property is located to many shopping and dining options. The breakfast at this hotel is pretty hearty. The room that we stayed in was comfortable, however there was an issue in the bathroom in terms of the toilet being on a slope and the sink not draining fast. The air was also on central air and to accommodate the guest who were cold we were unable to adjust the temperature of our thermostat. Despite this I'd recommend to stay here at this hotel again because of it's super helpful staff like Robert. Not only did Robert help us with our bags but he also hailed taxis for us when we were leaving for the day and he would also meet us out front when we were returning.
