This is a nice hotel close to Gangnam Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff were always available and I liked the decor. The room was spacious and the amenities were excellent - not just a fridge, but a microwave, stovetop, and even a combo washer/dryer for laundry, all in your room.

The room was clean and had many conveniences: a washer/dryer, large fridge stocked daily with free bottles of water, bowls, plates, glasses, microwave and small stove top. Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with a sofa seating area.

Very convenient reasonably priced Hotel with front office. Clean with everything one needs especially if staying more than several days. A little difficult to find this Hotel being located couple roads behind the main street. The front desk help was nice also I would stay here again if price is still reasonable.

Very large room. I did a diamond room - it had a fridge and cooking facilities. One side of the hotel faces a tree lined street which is much prettier and quieter. I got the other side - facing old run down buildings with noisy aircon fans. Room was great if I didn't open the window. Front desk was mostly accommodating. Its near a main route for busses so very convenient that way.

The front desk people mostly were unhelpful. Seemed like they had a grudge. They should know English with so much foreign clientele. The gym sucked. On Expedia it says they have a gym. But, it’s in the car park , underground, no windows. There are 8 machines in all- half of them broken. The AC didn’t work. The front desk wouldn’t even apoplogize and didn’t have the courtesy of issuing me a coupon to a good gym one floor above. I paid for that gym daily and on complaining to Expedia, finally got two breakfasts out of them.
