Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time - the house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for a family of all age ranges. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the owner was very responsive - couldn’t ask for more! We caught a lot of fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the kayaks. This place is definitely on our return list!

Couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation than at this home! The lake was so beautiful, the home to match. The communication from the property owner was excellent!

Great trip on Hyco!!

We planned a last minute trip to Hyco with friends and family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend staying at one of Jeremy’s properties!!

Nice Property

Nice property, accurate listing. Only gripe was there were a lot of dead bugs in the house upon arrival, but the homeowner was communicative and quick to get it get resolved.

Family time

We had a wonderful time at Hyco paradise. We had all ranges of ages so it was nice the house had 3 different wings of bedrooms so everyone was comfortable. The house was lovely and well appointed and the hosts were responsive to every need.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house! Jeremy made everything very easy, from the check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the beautiful screened porch and the large kitchen and dining area. Because of Tropical Storm Chantal, motor boats and crafts weren't allowed on the water, which made it so, so quiet! We loved canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking on still, calm waters, with no worry of boats and boat noises. A very fun, relaxing week in a beautiful, roomy house!

Host was OK. Amenities were good. Grass was at least 8 or 10 inches tall and definitely should have been cut prior to our arrival. Dew on the grass didn’t dry until late morning or noon and was kind of a mess getting everyone’s shoes and socks and bottom of their pants soaking wet while traveling to and from the dock

Wonderfull time

Our family stayed 6 night. Everything was great. Home and grounds very clean and up to date. Caught lots of fish and sunshine. Jeremy our host responded quickly any time we reached out. He couldn't have been any better. Thank you. Will return for sure.

Quick family get together.

This property is quiet and has a beautiful view of the lake, loved watching the Crane that lives there in the morning and evening. My family and I loved the roomy feel of this home, and the sun porch was well used by us, especially in the mornings to watch the sun rise and drink our coffee. We also used it to enjoy the quiet night and talk to the others using the hot tub or the ones around the fire pit. Just a tremendous stay with extended family we don't see a lot during the year. Hope to maybe one day do it again. You won't be disappointed with your stay. R Franck Lexington NC
