Room is nice, comfortable, quiet and big Kitchen is not well equipped. And need maintenance. Hotel has no services. Only breakfast on room. That is good enough. But they are building a restaurant. Area is busy. Full of restaurant and bars.

The property was in a great area close to everything but it is definitely due for upgrades and renovation it has fallen a long way from what you see in the photos. Tubs, toilets need replacing. Staff are nice and helpful.

Booked for 5 nights. Breakfast served on day 2 caused my wife and I serious illness which caused us to be contained to the room for remainder of stay. Missed out on 3 days and left early. Staff advised and very nonchalant. Impression from staff was this this is a common issue. Staff couldnt care less that that is was The Yubi fault and seriously impacted our holiday. Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. Had to use cushions for a good night sleep. Aircon was running low on gas and barely cooled the room and was very noisy. Safe didn’t operate correctly but after this was raised with staff they promptly replaced.

Fantastic staff and service, nothing asked for was ever too much trouble at all. Great location, walking distance to everything you could need. Just take your ear plugs as Potatoe Head is very close and your can hear the unst unst all night long.

Yubi villas are situated in the best location of Seminyak, just a short walk to the beach and all the great restaurants. The villa was peaceful with a great pool. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Yuda and team for making our stay one to remember

スタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。Villaもとても広く、朝食も素晴らしかったです。 また、周辺にはレストランも豊富で、コンビニも近く、夜はClubも近く、良かったです。 近所にあるビーチも徒歩圏内です。 週末は近所のClubの音が室内まで聞こえて来ることは残念でした。また、シャワーやトイレの水圧が弱い、部屋の鍵が締まらない点については残念でした。 しかし、スタッフの方は迅速に親切に対応してくれ、笑顔も素敵で、総合的にはとてもコスパの良いVillaだと思います。

Needs an upgrade

The villa was secluded and the location was good. There is no access to the beach via the property which I would have preferred. The staff were helpful and nice however what this place needs is a good clean and upgrade as some things like the sun beds need had stains and the kitchen furniture was a little shabby etc. the rooms were fine and comfortable though. There is no gym. Breakfast had to be ordered in advanced and was delivered from a local restaurant and to be honest we didn’t really bother as the quality wasn’t good and it wasn’t that hot, but great cafes within 2-3 minutes walk.

A great stay

Yubi Villas are well located in a busy strip in Seminyak. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants, next door to beach club and spas. Our villa was spacious. A little dated but well maintained. The staff were wonderful. Whilst located next door to a nightclub we heard nothing at all in the way of noise or music.

I would not recommend this property and do not understand how it had high ratings. Our villa was dirty, stains on the furniture (couch and all 3 sun loungers), stains in and around the pool, dirty pool tiles, dirty splashes on the bathroom mirror, yellow stains in the shower and toilet. The check-in experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable, there is no check-in counter like other hotels and villas, just a small dining table in a back room and they took our passports into another room to scan them. We were asked to hand fill out paperwork with a lot of personal details which felt strange compared to many other places I’ve checked into. After being in the room for 5 minutes, we decided we did not want to stay there. We discussed leaving and made a booking to go somewhere else. Upon leaving, one of the men who checked us in was down the end of the path on the phone to the hotel manager who asked to speak with us. It felt as though our conversations were listened to in the villa. The manager on the phone was pressing us with questions and came across as aggressive. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable being honest and said we were moving closer to family. The manager kept pushing for answers. The whole experience here was uncomfortable. We did not get a refund despite Expedia trying twice. I don’t recommend staying here, especially for women who want to feel safe.
