Where do i start, mushroom and mould growing from the ceilings in the bedrooms. Towels were grey dirty and stained. Shower heads were blocked. Pool tiles dirty and slimy. 15 days didnt change the bed sheets. Rats roaming around. Decking nails and screws sticking out. Plus numerous other things. Lucky they are all sold to private buyers. When it rains the road floods to knee deep and you cant get out. Staff were very nice and tried their best to accommodate.

The villa was nice. A bit tired and run down. The main shower in the bathroom and spa didn’t work. Luckily there was another shower near the pool. Breakfast is provided but not very good, so we didn’t get it everyday. Pool was pretty cold. Quiet villas. Rooms are big. Staff are lovely and helpful. Circle K across the road. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Staffs are amazing. Just villa is too old and not properly maintained. Toilet was dirty, basin was clogged, bath tile was broken. Wood panel at the sun bed area was sinking. When raised the issue though, staffs were quickly responding and repairing. Pool is a good size compared to recently built one. Old and torn, but good sized villa. Very cheap price and breakfast included, plus one free massage. That’s why the rating is high I guess. If you care about cleanness, this is not the right one. If you find a value for money one you may like here.

Second time staying here, beautiful villas in a quiet location, walking distance to Bintang supermarket and all the shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the beach, The villa I stayed in is in need of some care, the spa bath didn’t work, the shower was broken on my arrival but reported and fixed immediately, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast included was a bonus

A beautiful stay, lovely private villas with excellent staff attentive to your every need, 20 minute walk to the beach, which was more than fine, couple of close restaurants and pub which were great food and service, shop for all your needs directly across the road. Overall a great place to stay, our stay was 2 weeks, coming next year for longer, thank you Jineng Villas for providing everything for an amazing stay

Villa is spacious and clean. Pool is wonderful. Very quiet location and easy to get transportation. Breakfast was the only let down in my opinion. Plenty of options but product wasn’t great. Staff friendly and mostly helpful.

Large space, clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing and breakfast delish. One issue was getting elderly in and out of pool. A rail Would have been helpful, but we managed. Will stay again for sure. 7 min walk to shops. The pool is was beautiful and bed comfy.

This property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff was great. The villa needs major work, especially the bathroom. Additionally, what I thought was a horribly stained toilet seat, actually turned out to be poorly cleaned. I was able to remove the stains and other debris from the toilet myself, after purchasing my own cleaning products. The smell that comes from the sewage system through the toilet and shower is unbearable. There were also Palmetto bugs that would come from behind the toilet, multiple at a time. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The staff were amazing. Every single staff member we encountered was nothing but friendly and ready to offer help with a smile. The villa was beautiful exactly like the photos. They offer drop offs in Seminyak area for free either with their cars or if they aren’t available, they call a taxi paid for by them. The only negative if you could call it a negative is, I would have liked a bigger shelf in the shower to place my own products. I just had them on the edge of the bath instead. Other than that, loved the place. Would recommend!

Wonderful staff!

Recently stayed two weeks in Jineng Villas. We were in a two bed villa. Other than the fact that in hindsight we may have preferred to be a wee bit closer to the beach etc I cannot rate the Villas enough. They were clean, spacious and the staff were wonderful - they couldn't do enough for us. Service was extremely fast and they were so friendly. They provide a drop off service to take you wherever you want in Seminyak and if they don't have a car available they just order and pay for a taxi. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.
