Staff are attentive and polite. I would say that the room needs a little extra cleaning attention to be up to covid standards - window glass around bathroom , tv covered in hand marks. I travel with cleaning products for my own protection and give my room a thorough clean before unpacking. Breakfast was good for the price. If you are looking for a low cost option the harris seminyak is a great deal.
