Finca Ca'n Calona, es un lugar especial donde relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje de la Serra de Tramuntana y de las hermosas puestas de sol.
También podrás disfrutar nadando en la piscina privada de agua salada, libre de cloro, con sus dimensiones de 8mx4m.
En la terraza solarium podrás descansar en la cama exterior y tomar el sol en las tumbonas.
La casa está ubicada en una finca de 7000m2 totalmente vallada donde los niños pueden jugar libremente.
La finca está alejada del ruido urbano, pero muy cerca de los pueblos de Caimari y Selva, a 1 km de distancia. Allí hay supermercados, tiendas, farmacias y buenos restaurantes donde comer o cenar.
Es una casa típica mallorquina ,de piedra, reformada y decorada con encanto y cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea perfecta:

Finca with wonderful view

Lovely garden with view over the pool to the mountains. Wonderful countryside. Ideal for hiking and cycling trips. No traffic noise, only sound of animals. Well equipped, clean, good WLAN. Excellent support by our hosts.

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet it’s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

We had 2 great weeks in this house, which has High standards. We enjoyed relaxing, While viewing the mountains, and swimming in the pool. Before and during our stay, the communication with Toni and his family was super positive, and easy.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent view

This is one of the most wonderful holiday homes we ever stayed in. Our boys loved everything about it. The pool, the bikes, the tree house. The view is magnificent and the surrounding area and villages are lovely. Toni and his family were very kind and even provided us with food en breakfast for the first night. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Home from home.

The property was everything we had hoped for.The facilities were first class and the position of the house in the country side was so peace full .And after a week in Palma which was so very busy we found it to be just what we wanted .The pool was the ideal way to cool down.I hope we can return sometime in the future. Lovely Place

We spent a wonderful week at Tonis House. The pool is a great for swimming, the isolated area and lovely view on Selva very relaxing and quiet (if you don't count all the animal noices around!) and the house sufficiently supplied with all you need. The correspondence with Toni and his family was very friendly and they always replied within a short time if you had a question. Thank you very much!

Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

Charming property in stunning location

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop. Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter. Overall a lovely villa in a stunning location

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Ca’n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our “big shop” in Inca and then picked up our “bits” in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if you’re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

Amazing peaceful place to stay

We have just spent a week at Toni’s Finca and we are in LOVE! We have been to villas in Majorca 4 times and this is the best ever for us. Such a well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. It’s hard to find somewhere for 2 people but clearly this Finca can take more it also is amazing for a couple. Then pool is well maintained and just perfect in such a private garden. No neighbours but goats, chickens and a donkey - the MOST peaceful place we have stayed in. We walked to Caimri in 20 minutes it is tiny with 3 restaurants - all offering something completely different. But do be honest we went to the supermarket in near but Selva to get everything we needed e and spent all our time in the beauty of the Finca. We did drive the 4km to Inca to go to Aldi one day but we decided the small Selva option is fine. This place is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. It has everything you need in the kitchen and provides everything from books, games and even sun hats and umbrellas! The welcome plate of fruit and cold meats as well as cold drinks, water and ice creams was most unexpected but wonderful. We met Toni and his Papa on our second day and they came with olive oil and vinegar - just to check all was ok. We had ongoing contact with Toni throughout or stay just checking all was ok. The added extras of the bikes, hammock, outdoor bbq and place house for children were lovely. There is nothing that we can write that will represent the smell of the massive rosemary bushes in an evening outside when there is nothing to hear. Watching The birds (with the binoculars) provided during the day and stars at night sitting on the outside chairs will remain as a memory until we return. We will go back. This is a truly amazing Finca owned by a lovely family. We can’t recommend it enough - a family of 4 or 5 would be perfect for this too but if you are a couple like us it’s a slice of heaven that you will not want to leave.

Ca'n Calona es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de vacaciones tranquilas en plena naturaleza

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones estupendos. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de vacaciones sin preocuparse de nada más (artículos de playa y piscina, bicicletas y juguetes infantiles, material de limpieza y menaje completo). La casa está situada en una zona tranquila en plena naturaleza ideal para que los más pequeños se familiaricen con los animales de la zona y estén en completa libertad. Las vistas y el entorno son inmejorables. Muchas gracias Toni y Cristina por vuestra amabilidad y profesionalidad.

un pequeno rincon de paz

casa de campo lejos de las zonas turisticas de la isla, con todo lo necesario , piscina perfecta, una vista espectacular sobre la Tramuntana. Dificil de hacer mas para disfrutar y descansar a tope! Muchas gracias para todo a Toni y su esposa volveremos para un sexto verano.

Alles bestens!

Diese Finca kann ich absolut empfehlen. Tolle Lage mit traumhaften Blick in die Berge. Das Haus passt perfekt für 4 Personen, Terrasse und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt, der umliegende Garten sehr groß mit vielen Mandelbäumen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an die Vermieter, die uns ein super leckeres Abendessen im Kühlschrank vorbereitet hatten und zudem noch alles für das erste Frühstück. Toll, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt - nochmal vielen Dank!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ein schönes Anwesen zum relaxen uhd abschalten

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder mit 4 und 6 Jahren) waren für eine Woche in dieser Finca und haben uns sehr geärgert nicht länger geblieben zu sein. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst, alles was man so benötigt ist da und funktioniert tadellos. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück, das kommt auf den Fotos nicht so groß rüber wie es ist :-) Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, zu unserer Überraschung Süßwasserpool (normaler weiße hat man immer leicht entsalztes Wasser auf Mallorca...). Die Kids hatten ihren Spaß beim plantschen und wir haben gerne die Abkühlung genoßen. Insgesamt ist der Pool Bereich super aufgemacht, sehr bequeme Sonnen Liegen und 2 große Sonnenschirme, die ausreichend Schatten spenden. Die Finca bietet sich ausserdem gut an, um den Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden, in die Berge ist es nicht weit, zum nächsten Strand fährt man ca 25 min. Wer Abendes ausgehen möchte muss aber definitiv fahren, in der Umgebung gibt es ein paar Restaurants, Inca ist auch nicht weit, aber so richtiges Nachtleben gibt es nicht, dafür muss man an die Küstenorte fahren. Aus unserer Sicht empfiehlt sich unbedingt ein Mietwagen für den Aufenthalt. Danke noch mal and die beiden Tonis, es war wirklich schön bei euch, danke für die Gastfreundschafft. Wir sind sehr spät wegen Flugverspätung angekommen, trotzdem sind beide Tonis noch Sonntag Abends um Mitternacht parat gestanden um uns zu Finca zu lotsen und uns noch alles zu zeigen. Très bon séjour. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. maison très propre. Environnement calme et reposant. Bien situé. Je garde un excellent souvenir. Je recommande cette location.

Tranquilidad asegurada

Hemos pasado toda la familia unas immejorables vacaciones en Ca'n Calona, totalmente equipada, limpia y en muy buen estado. La casa se encuentra al pie del corazón de la Serra de Tramuntana permite realizar varias excursiones. En coche, a 30 - 60 minutos se accede a las mejores playas al nordeste y este de la isla. Gracias además a Cristina i Toni por su infinita amabilidad.

Mallorca von der schönsten Seite

Die Finca hat alles, was zu einem wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Sie liegt schön ruhig, ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und gepflegt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts, und durch die liebevolle Dekoration fühlt man sich direkt heimisch. Wir vermissen so den morgendlichen Blick auf die Serra de Tramuntana bei einer Tasse Kaffee, die leckeren Mandeln von den Bäumen, ein paar Runden im schönen Pool und den großzügigen Platz auf der Terrasse. Von hier aus kann man tolle Touren auf der Küstenstraße an die Städtchen im Nordwesten und Nordosten unternehmen, oder die kleinen Bergdörfer besuchen. Auch zum Wandern ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt, besonders wenn man fernab von Ballermann&Co das "eigentliche" Mallorca entdecken möchte. Vielen Dank nochmals an Toni und Familie! Auch für die "Erstausstattung" im Kühlschrank und das leckere Gastgeschenk, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sabine und Dirk
