Had a great one night stay at this hotel! The owner helped set us up with a great driver to take us to the virgin marys house and to Ephesus! The property was super cute and the breakfast was delicious!! One of the best traditional turkish breakfast I have had!!

Manager and other Staff were very helpful with arranging transportation and accomdating late arrivals. They were in continuous touch as flights were keep changing due to inclined weather. Wonderful garden hotel, well located near the centre of Selcuk and within walking distance to the museum, the basilica of St. John, Ephesus. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, the host make me feel at home from the first day I arrived and give lots of suggestion for my 3 day stay. An excellent Turkish breakfast was served every morning in the garden by the pool to get your day started before exploring. I highly recommended this hotel and I definitely will stay again.

The nice surprise of our trip

The town of Selcuk in general, and the Livia Garden Hotel in particular, have been the nice surprise of our trip. The hotel was expertly integrated into the town environment and both our friends and ourselves we loved the surroundings and the easy walk to the town center. Erdem, the hotel Manager, was simply amazing. Thank you, Erdem, for all your efforts, friendliness and efficiency. When, in the future, we consider another trip to the region, the Livia Garden Hotel, and Selcuk, will definitely be our first choice.

We were there for less than 24 hours as we were only in town to visit Ephesus (at night) as the first stop on our two-week trip through Turkiye but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was ice cold. The shower was a on the small side but the rest of the room was a good size. It has a nice looking outdoor pool which we unfortunately didn’t get to try before we left early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at this price point.

We stayed at a lot of lovely properties with nice hosts throughout Turkey but nothing can compare to the Livia Garden Hotel. The host was AMAZING. He was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself was beautiful. Modern facilities with old world charm, a nice pool, wonderful breakfasts and very comfortable beds. This was by far, our favorite place to stay!

The staff are AMAZING. We were traveling with our baby and upon arrival the room was all set up, even the crib! After a long day of traveling, this hotel was such a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend, especially if traveling with kids. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Lovely boutique hotel and host!

The Livia Garden is a lovely boutique hotel and Arden is a wonderful host providing ideas and support for your travel needs. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast for one night as we headed to Ephesus early the next morning. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. The street adjacent at night has a good welcoming vibe for coffee/drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time I stayed here. Once for business and this time for a 5 day vacation. The manager Erdm was so very welcoming and helpful. In fact all the staff were exceptional. The breakfasts were a wonderful way to greet each morning before our day trips. We will be back!!

Wonderful boutique property in the historic Ephesus area. The small hotel is set back on a quiet side street enclosed behind a wall and has a beautiful garden / landscaped area, swimming pool and small restaurant that also serves snacks and drinks. The owner/managers are very helpful and clearly love the property and area. The rooms are nice and uniquely decorated. The property feels very serene. We walked a couple of doors down to Sofas which was an amazing restaurant that seemed to be visited by locals as well. There were a couple of other restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast at the hotel was AMAZING!! Give yourself enough time to enjoy it!!! A family prepares an incredible Turkish breakfast with eggs made to order. I would recommend booking your tour through the hotel as they know the local guides. I wish we could have stayed longer at this gem!!
