Bayside Rental
This property is in a great location at Bayside, making access to all of the amenities very easy. It's great for a large family, with plenty of room for everyone. However, you can definitely tell that this property is rented frequently by the wear and tear on the house. It is in desperate need of a good deep clean! Two of the ceiling fans did not work, but were both so dirty that I wouldn't have wanted them spinning around anyway. There are no mattress pads or covers on any of the mattresses - just the bottom sheet! This seems extremely unsanitary. There are also no covers on any of the pillows. If you are staying in the front first-floor bedroom, bring a sleep mask! The streetlight shines in through the sheer blinds all night long. Also, that room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house! Overall, the house was fine, but there are much better properties for rent at Bayside.
