This place was perfect. Easy walk to downtown, can walk to pink jeep tour location, house was perfect with pool and hot tub. About 10-20 min drive to all the hikes we did. Owner very responsive to questions. House was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Sedona. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was a fabulous house for 3 friends to stay in for a destination weekend in Sedona. We really enjoyed the cozy family seating area with spectacular views for chatting and coffee in the mornings, and made use of the hot tub every evening. Hosts answered the phone right away when we had to call with a question regarding entry, and were very polite and helpful.

The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner all provided. The house was very clean. Plenty of gathering spaces. The view is absolutely spectacular. Privacy/security shades on all of the large windows. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pillows high-quality. The linens and towels also high-quality. Extra sheets, blankets and towels also provided. The pool, hot tub fire pit area was well laid out.Highly recommend.

Breath taking view

Our sunrise, sunset, sisterhood in Sedona trip was amazing. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful except never got cleaned while we were there. Definitely would stay again if we come back! A full length mirror downstairs would be a great addition

We had the most amazing family vacation! Everyone did exactly what they wanted to! Some went hiking, some shopped, went to ghost tours in Jerome and some just relaxed by the pool. The property accommodations were comfortable for 3 families, a total of 9 people.

The unit was nice. Well appointed(but be prepared to purchase detergent, cleaning supplies if you think you will need them, they only give a limited number of trash bags, detergent pods). The location was good. Pretty view. Upon our departure the rental company charged us for damage we did not do and they would not respond to messages from us on the topic. There were things that were broken/not in great shape that didn’t impact our stay, so I didn’t complain or bring it up. Apparently they expected renters to perform a review of everything and notify them of things not in good order, otherwise they will assume it’s your fault and charge you

Fantastic view, even better than the online photos. Great house, super well-equipped and clean. Walk to town and close to trailheads. BBQ grill worked and was spotless (tried to leave it that way). Had a great week hiking with our two daughters. Would definitely go back.

Girls weekend

We loved Sedona Radiance. The views were AMAZING. We were able to walk downtown and also walk around the neighborhood to see the most amazing red rock cliffs. What a perfect location! The house was clean and had all of the kitchen necessities you could ever want. It was a great weekend!
