We absolutely LOVED staying here!!!! Excellent communication. Excellent hosting. It was very clean and very quiet even with being so close to downtown Sedona! I would 10000% recommend thus VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Sedona!! Easy drive to anywhere! If I could give it a 10/5 stars I would :)

Really lovely little cottage in a beautiful and private neighborhood. Close to hiking, shopping and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed to relax and cook meals. The hot tub was perfect to soak our sore bodies after a long day of hiking. We would love to return if we’re ever in the area again.

It was a great place for 2 people. It was clean, quiet, hot tub was hot enough and the location was close to town and hiking locations. Plenty of information was given about things to do and places to eat in the area.

My husband and I came to Sedona to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We were so pleased with our stay! It had everything we wanted!! After hiking for several hours we were thrilled to get in the hot tub and relax. Theresa was so responsive and gave us great recommendations!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this location! Great scenery, fine dining, so many shops and art to see! 10/10 recommend! They really thought about your convenience in this listing. Towels for showering, for the hot tub. Shampoos, conditioner, body wash, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, water glasses and wine glasses. If you want to cook they supply all utensils and cookware. Just clean up after of course. Comfy couch for cuddling and watching a movie at the end of the night. As well as a comfy queen size bed and bedding to for a phenomenal nights rest. Washer and dryer to clean off the red dust you’ll get on you from the red rocks and amazing hikes they have all over the area. They have many options near by for ATV rentals. The guest book will tell you all of this. They really thought of it all. We did not get to utilize the fire pit as the tank was empty to turn it on. Other than that this place was amazing! Book with them! (:

Excellent!! The entire casita was clean and comfortable for our entire two night stay. We would have both loved to stay longer and the casita could certainly have supported us with all of the kitchen amenities and washer and dryer on site. Sometimes a casita or gust house can feel a little impersonal where it always feels like you are under the scrutiny of the main home. That was NOT the case here. It has a private drive, private entry, and the hot tub is tucked around the back. The host was super responsive when Google maps, or my own inability to follow directions, took me down a wrong path. :) Definitely one of the best places I've stayed at on VRBO.

Despite being a guest house next to the occupied main house, there was some separation that made the guest house feel private. Very cozy and well kept. The hot tub was a nice addition. My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing stay here.

Truly wonderful property, amazing hosts!

We had a really wonderful stay, and a simply fantastic property. Beautifully up to date, well equipped, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Gorgeous neighborhood with safe walking when we didn't want to go to the big trails, and everyone we crossed paths with was so welcoming. Very private, quiet, and just awesome. We didn't try the hot tub on this trip, but it is perfectly placed for privacy, and next time we will use it. THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay, you're fantastic hosts!
