This house is very conveniently located in Sedona on a quiet, private street. Accommodations were pleasant. Upon arrival, however, the lockbox on the front door was not working properly, so we had to call the property manager and wait for someone to let us in. The air conditioner control needs to be replaced. It was not easy to operate or adjust. The outside trash can is not secure and an animal got into it overnight, requiring us to pick up trash all over the property the next morning. The overhead light in the primary bedroom shower room went out halfway through the trip, so that room was completely dark. Finally, after paying a cleaning fee, we were asked to empty all trash and load the dishwasher. Personally, I think the property is overpriced for what it is.

This was a cute property and very centrally located. The hot tub was great. Docked 2 stars because the furnishings and kitchen items were incredibly cheap and we weren’t allowed to use the fireplace that is such a feature of the living room. We do a lot of rentals and like to cook, this kitchen looked fine from the pictures but all of the utensils and kitchen implements were beyond flimsy. Worse than dollar store quality. Ice cream scoop flattened completely in one use, spatulas melted, kitchen island would have collapsed under a strong breeze. Grill had only 1 of 3 burners that worked.

Had a very enjoyable week long stay in Sedona. The home is conveniently located, clean, and well stocked. The biggest downside to the property is the couch... it's terribly uncomfortable. After a long day of being out an about a more inviting seat would have been very welcome.

Place was amazing! One of the most clean places I have stayed at. Great location! My only feedback would be to edit the check in instructions for the door entry. You need to do the check first, then the code, then the check again. It didn't mention the check first so it took a bit to figure it out. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Would totally stay here again.

Very cute home

This is a perfect home for a small family or four adults. The kitchen is amazing and the floor plan is unique. It is close to all the trails, just off the main road and walking distance to a number of restaurants. I had trouble with the sliding door in the living room and they responded immediately and resolved the issue.

Vacation getaway

We did enjoy the property. Easy access to area adventures and hiking. We visited early April. The weather put a bit of a damper on our stay. It was too cold to spend time outside. We did however, enjoy the hot tub The amenities were great. Had everything one needs for a home away from home stay…The beds were comfortable, however The guest bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house
