This was our 2nd stay and still love it. We love the views, the peaceful atmosphere, dog friendliness and the wildlife. The home is clean and comfortable and we were so appreciative of the stocked fridge and pantry. The host is quick to respond and so accommodating. She goes over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. I loved sitting on the deck watching the birds, javelina, coyotes and deer dwell peacefully on the property & relaxing in the hot tub soaking up the views. We love that the home is dog friendly with a separate fenced in dog area for our furbabies. We will be back and this home is our stay of choice when in Sedona.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this property. The area and views are simply amazing as is the host. We enjoyed our walks as well as sitting on the deck enjoying the amazing views of Cathedral Rock. We were surrounded by Javelina and Coyotes every day. What an amazing place. For us, this is a definite 10!

Amazing place!

I booked this beautiful place for 2 days and wished I had booked it for longer! Amazing views, and the host was not kidding about the wildlife! There was a family of 16 javelinas that spent most of the day napping just outside the house, and even saw a coyote passing through! Hope to stay there again sometime!

Comfortable and convenient location

We had a great time staying here! The host was so kind, welcoming, and had great communication. Easy check in process. The wildlife was amazing - so many javelinas, a few coyotes and lots of birds. Great view of Cathedral Rock - secluded but close to town at the same time. Would stay here again the next time we’re in Sedona!

Beyond Rejuvenating!

The accommodations are far beyond and exceed any expectations. This expansive second floor home has 360º natural light, cross breezes and knock-out views in every direction. The setting is completely in tune with the native environment, which attracts many avian and mammalian species, making this property a nature reserve or sorts. Kitchen a pleasure for home cooking, sleeping accommodations perfect. A fragrance free environment that allows full appreciation of desert winds. Multiple spacious balconies allow for yoga, sunning, reading, painting or just absorbing the towering red rocks. Screened in solarium provides a refuge from the sun if this is your desire. The location is ideal for walking to the many hiking trails, freeing one from dependence upon automobile transport. There is an excellent hot-tub for your post-exertion resuscitation. Overall, you get privacy, simplicity, and quietude.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

We were extremely happy with our stay at this lovely mountain retreat and explore Sedona! This is a separate private living area above a home. We had the most amazing view on our deck and sunroom of Cathedral Rock! The home was clean, cozy and very welcoming. Our host even made sure we had a few items in the fridge to get us through into the morning as we had arrived very late in the afternoon! Thank you! The kitchen was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We also had 2 spacious living room areas to enjoy. The hot tub was a plus! The bedrooms were cozy and very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything needed. We definitely will come back to stay at this lovely peaceful property when visiting Sedona again! Plenty of room to bring a few friends next time!

Cathedral Rock Views and Wildlife observatory

My husband and I stayed with our friends for a week at this wonderful property. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival with healthy snacks in the fridge and pantry. We were excited to see the calm and timid coyotes, javalinas and Birds! Woke up every day to the sound of wildlife and then off on another hike! Hot tub to sooth the muscles.. Everything is close to the rental - food, shopping, hiking. Definitely will come back. Adriana is very kind and prompt to reply. Probably the most thoughtful host we have ever had.

Fully stocked kitchen - including frozen pizza, bowl of fruit, eggs, coffee, bagels, butter. Amazing views. Half mile walk to Cathedral Rock trail. Javelinas, birds, and coyotes. So quiet, relaxing, rejuvenating.

Best VRBO experience ever

There are not enough good things to say about this property. The host is very responsive and accommodating, the communication was excellent, the location and view are incredible, and the level of hospitality was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with a vacation rental, including a refrigerator and pantry stocked with basics that made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Not to mention the private hot tub and the wildlife sitings. It was like a sanctuary - both for the wildlife and our family. It is truly magical.

You won't want to leave

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home is a bit outdated, but it's charming and spacious and comfortable - and pics do not do justice to the views. It was so cool watching the coyotes and javelinas come to the property to eat in the evenings - along with the plethora of quails and other birds. The one and only negative was dealing with one of the guys blocking the road to the neighborhood (which also goes to the Cathedral Rock trailhead). I almost got into a tiff with him when he got nasty about me trying to drive in and then went on a rant about dealing with owners of rentals. Not my problem, dude. Despite that, it was an amazing place to stay, and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Picture perfect House!!

It was magical! Location was right on the road to Cathedral trailhead so could walk to the trailhead! Views were spectacular and the hostess was so accomadating and easy to reach. The house was even prettier in person. Hottub was amazing after a long hike. We saw javelina and Coyotes every day!!! We will definitely be back.

Idyllic home away from home

Wonderful home. immaculate, superb views, not just of Cathedral rock, but looking out BR window at red rocks esp at sunrise. Feels like a zoo - w javelina herd (with little babies this time) visits the property daily and coyotes checking out the yard from the periphery and finally, colorful birds coming to feeders near deck. Great hot tub to view waning sun across the landscape. Adriana is a wonderful hostess. Responsive to any issues. Can’t say enough about the property. Very private. Fells like you are alone amongst the animals and scenery. We will be back.

Wow much better than advertised and expected

First, the property. The property is in a perfect location in Sedona just adjacent to Cathedral Rock. The amazing wild life was a joy to see almost daily. Javelinas, coyotes and lots of different birds. The house itself, was perfectly decorated with great attention to detail. Plenty of towels, bedding and great pillows. Kitchen was huge and had everything one needs to cook, especially with super views. The house was cleaned to perfection - didn't feel like a typical rental at all. What was great is there was zero junk, one sees in host owned rental companies. The host, Adrianna was very communicative and responsive and patient with my requests. I can tell she puts a lot of love into the place. It is a special, calming and enjoyable home. Thanks so much for making my time a great experience. I'll be back next year! Thanks!

Peaceful Beauty

Our stay was amazing. Adriana was an amazing host. She had water coffee and snacks when we arrived. Loved the property and seeing coyotes javalinas and so many birds. The view of Cathedral Rock was stunning and we enjoyed the view from the deck. A must stay if you are visiting Sedona

Quiet, peaceful setting!

Views are amazing! Home is extremely clean and comfortable! Beds are very comfortable. The refrigerator is stocked so we didn’t have to run out for anything our first day! Will definitely return!

A very comfortable rental

A very nice property and Adriana is a very accommodating host! She even had food items in the refrigerator and cabinet in case we were hungry when we got there! Very good view of Cathedral Rock and areas looking west. Very quiet area at the end of the road! We will be back next year!

Wonderful Stay

This property is truly magical, with views of Cathedral Rock and the sunsets. Everything was as advertised and the host was more than accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Sedona.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a long weekend. The hot tub was fantastic, especially after long hikes! Close enough to all areas of Sedona, that nothing was more than a 15-20 minute drive away.

Best location!

Everything was perfect. This was my 2nd stay at this house. You get to hike Cathedral Rock without riding the shuttle. The wildlife in the yard was entertaining everyday and a favorite part of the trip. We would run over and hike to the top of Cathedral Rock every night to watch the glorious sunset.
