Discover the ultimate wine country retreat at Casa Martin! This spacious home has undergone extensive remodeling to become a sleek and contemporary masterpiece. Situated on nearly an acre, just a stone's throw from numerous world-class wineries and a mere 20-minute drive from the Graton Casino, this tranquil oasis provides the ideal setting for your wine country getaway.

Featuring three bedrooms and a bonus room that functions as a fourth bedroom with a king-size sleeper sofa and a full bath, Casa Martin ensures ample accommodation. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The open kitchen caters to gourmet experiences, and the spacious great room provides plenty of room for group gatherings. The bonus room is equipped with a large screen TV and ample seating for the entire group.

The park-like backyard offers privacy, featuring a large pool and an outdoor dining area adorned with string lights for a festive ambiance. An outdoor shower is conveniently incorporated into the covered patio area, and a fenced section is designated for kids and pets.

Our vacation rentals come fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. While Casa Martin is an incredible space for family and friends to gather, it is important to note that it is not a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited in County vacation rentals, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters are in place to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

We loved our stay and would happily return again. The house is well stocked and we especially liked having a living room and the bonus room, so there was plenty of space for the family. The real standout is the gorgeous backyard — we spent many hours enjoying the pool and hot tub!

This is an amazing place, they have all what you needed to have a nice relaxing vacation. If I’m visiting Sebastopol again, I will definitely stay at this place again. We really enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a favorite with the beautiful landscaped yard and seating areas. The lovely yard brought lots of birds visiting in the morning and saw some deer too. My kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the close distance to the cute town of Sebastopol.

Great home near downtown Sebastopol

We rented this home for my annual family vacation and it was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our two dogs, and it was the perfect set up for us. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for al fresco dining. The home offered everything we were looking for. The home doesn't have a/c and I was a little nervous about that as we were renting in the middle of August, but it really wasn't that bad due to the shade from the huge pines, etc. around the property. A super clean home, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and patio was perfect for simply hanging around. We actually didn't want to leave the property very often as we were enjoying it so much! I'd highly recommend renting this home.

Perfect for Family

It was a joy to watch our young granddaughter experience the freedom to explore this fenced in fantasy yard. From the deck we could hear her roaming safely through the entire yard, playing imaginary games along with her little Corgi. She picked a few peaches and apples in prep for her imaginary pies, loved watching the turkey, and goats next door and used her flashlight in the evening to add mystery. Compared to the scheduled play dates children have these days, this place was a great gift. The house, yard, and beautiful deep pool were perfect for us We ate breakfast outside daily and found the kitchen well supplied and easy to maneuver The bonus room with 3rd bath is a real plus for TV time, art & crafts and just a get away. We have rented many homes and have come to prefer the simplicity of the rancher one story style. The place was very clean, simply decorated, beds were comfortable and the baths provided more than we needed. Parking was great. Unloading/loading the car was easy. The home is located just far enough out of town, yet close enough to quickly run an errand. We all agreed that this home may not have been the fanciest, or had the most amazing views or remarkable decor, however it was the best rental we have enjoyed together. Note: to respect neighbors barn animals and pets we use a bark collar for the corgi when outdoors while renting.

Family Fun

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 boys (7 & 10). We did two major adventures - Safari West and the Skunk Train. Everyone happy to come back to the pool in the afternoon. The property itself is lovely with several sitting areas so you could have some peace and quiet if you wanted and apple and lemon trees. Also the kitchen was well supplied and easy to prepare meals in.

Everything was as advertised. We liked the outdoor spaces very much. One minor issue was the sink in the master bathroom is clogged and drains extremely slowly. The person bringing the dog did not come; so we had no pets with us.

Family get together

For once, a vacation rental that was way better than the listing! There was so much to do at the property and everything was in good working order, clean and new. When we enquired about a couple of things to do with the pool, someone was there to attend to it in less than an hour. There was even a charger for our electric car which we only found out about when we got there. Definitely a 5 star home. We will definitely want to return to this.

My daughters and I absolutely loved Casa Martin. The location was perfect, close to shopping and cute Downtown Sebastapol and the wonderful Barlow Market area, but private and relaxing at the property. The grounds of the home are so lovely around the pool! The house is inviting with a great floor plan and wonderfully well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return next summer!

Family getaway

This was such a good choice for our family of four. The grounds and pool were a perfect retreat. The sight line to the pool and backyard were perfect from the kitchen and we enjoyed the privacy of the property from the other homes. The only issue was the master shower drainage, but the managers were quick to respond. The TV room was a nice lounge space and the home is not too big, but allows separation for some quiet. For the adults, wineries and tasting rooms were only six to eight minutes away. A really nice home to relax and replenish from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hope to return.

Stay was nice. I have 3 younger kiddos and they lived in the pool. It was a nice surprise to see they converted the garage into a bonus room that was ideal for families. This was the perfect fit for our family. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was great. Unfortunately the neighbors are very particular about noise so we were a little on edge about that.
