Looked great online, but much different in person
The overall property was ok, the AC units had trouble keeping the rooms cool and when the morning heat hit, they were not blowing cold air anymore. Parking was extremely limited to 1 vehicle in the gravel spot, and street parking. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced as it completely caves in the middle. The bedrooms were not clean, especially sheets, and the shower in the main area felt like it was going to cave into the floor. Most of our group slept in their clothes on the beds because they were not clean at all. Both bathrooms were not clean at all with used towels and wash rags all over. Ice bath was advertised but nowhere to be found. Pots and pans were more like the set you taking camping with you, loose handles, somewhat clean. The stove is gas and the burners are all over the place from massive flame out one side to won't light at all. Dog next door was barking quite a bit when we were there as well. Very close to neighbors on each side also. The hot tub was good though and 5 minutes to the grocery store and highways, which was a bonus. We have stayed at several VRBO's and this one was not worth the price.
