The hotel was excellent! Beautifully appointed rooms, quiet… very nice. (Only complaint for management is charging $25 per night to park in a massive lot. No need for such an over-the-top money grab from patrons. Even $15 would be reasonable. Oddly enough there are non-check-in street side parking spaces available that are unmarked and do not require payment. When I inquired with the front desk upon check in, they advised that those spaces also require payment (outside the parking structure). I call BS. The hotel would be hard pressed to charge a fee for street side parking spaces especially since there is no signage indicating that said spaces require payment. Hotel great! Money grab …not so great.

Very nice, clean newly built hotel with spacious studio apartment style rooms. Well appointed with basic kitchen supplies (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, glasses, etc.). Professional staff, clean pool and workout room, laundry facilities, etc. Breakfast was good as was the in-house coffee. Great location right at the light rail station in Northgate. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Seattle.

I have stayed at many Marriott’s and this was my favorite. The room was super clean, was set up with everything I needed for my stay including a nice kitchen set up. They have a great gym and washer and dryers on site. The lobby is set up with a bar and seating area that is very welcoming. Every staff member we spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to Hotel in Seattle.
