The house was super clean and a really nice place to stay for our temporary home! The parking was a little iffy though not any street parking while we were there and there was one assigned parking spot for us but it was a tight fit to get into but I think thats just a part of Seattle parking! But everything else about the condo was great!

Home was convenient to downtown, lots of restaurants in Ballard & the locks is a beautiful spot as well as The Golden Gardens. parking was a challenge, no fault of the owner as construction has taken over the parking spaces in front of home

Property was amazing, beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and modern, one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Seattle was awesome and so much to do. Fun and Easy

Property is in a great location, such a fun neighborhood, but it was still quite and peaceful at the property. Management is super responsive and so kind. This property is also in a great location to go on day trips in any direction, whether it be to Bainbridge, Vancouver, or the nearby national parks, you can do it all from this location. I highly recommended a stay here.

Long w/e in Ballard

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful townhouse whilst visiting our daughter. It is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Jacob was very very responsive & helpful. So convenient for dinner & drinks in Ballard, and the Farmers Market too.

Week long stay for our daughter’s wedding

We had an amazing time at this property! It met all of our family’s needs…and then some! Excellent communication from hosts, house was clean, organized, well stocked, and perfect in every way. Also conveniently located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other businesses. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We loved this property! The location was within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Ballard, even for our younger kids. We loved the neighborhood playground down the street and stopped there on every walk to town. The location was also within east driving distance of downtown Seattle and some of the other stops we made while in the area like Snoqualmie Falls and Mount Rainier. It was a great central hub and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. The house was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry detergent especially as we only did two loads and it was nice not to have to buy any. There were plenty of dishes and linens. The middle floor was quite warm with no A/C, but I understand that is a common thing in the area and there were also record highs the week we were in town which isn’t a usual thing. The only complaint that I have isn’t the fault of the property owners but I did want to mention that parking on the street was not always easy. It’s a very congested area and we had a small car and still had difficulty finding a parking place near the townhouse some evenings when we got back from our outings. We were usually able to park within a block or two, but I wanted to mention it for others that may not be familiar with the area.
