We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this property. The most frustrating issue was the lack of internet access. Despite the property management company claiming the internet was working, it was completely unusable throughout our stay. This was not only inconvenient but also misleading, as I came to learn the company was aware the internet had not been working for months.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. While initially it seemed fine, we encountered several cleanliness concerns, including mold in the bathroom (tub and floors), a dirty/moldy shower curtain, an exposed air filter appearing not to have been changed in years, filthy/broken blinds, dirty windowsills/jams, and other various items. These issues were extensive enough we took pictures as proof, though this review page doesn't appear to allow me to upload them.
I reached out directly to the property management company daily while staying in the unit and multiple times in the week since we returned to no avail. The staff continue to state the concerns have been escalated; however, no one has reached out to discuss the issue.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. And honestly, caution any owners who might see this review from utilizing Vacasa as a property management company. The management company needs to address these problems immediately to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
