Spacious living area with open kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience & comfort.

Tranquil, park-like setting. Surrounded by many trails and three nearby greenbelts. If you are lucky, you may see wildlife munching on the grass at the back.

Strategically located with easy access to Interstate 90 (Seattle downtown & Issaquah) and I-405 (Kirkland/Redmond 520).

The neighborhood ~ The founder of Bellevue ("French for beautiful view") – must have had in mind when they named the city, a favorite spot to gaze out across Lake Washington and Seattle to Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains. And the beautiful view continues today, being a favorite vantage point from which to watch the Blue Angels during Seafair, enjoy Fourth of July and New Year's Eve fireworks or to just take in panoramic views of Bellevue and Seattle.
