Great get away

Property was a great location and very well appointed. It had all possible amenities we could have asked for. Easy walk to the beach and pool. We loved it and will be back!

Perfect Spot for a Peaceful Escape

We really enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a quiet area with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. A great spot to relax and get away for a bit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. The house was in a great location being close to the beach and beach club. It was well stocked and even had a lot of beach toys for us to use. It was a very relaxing vacation. Would visit again.

Great place!

Very clean, decorated nicely and good layout. Would def stay there again. Ice maker didn't work, so that wasn't the best, but really good overall.

Great week on Seabrook Island!

We rented the property in April during Spring break and couldn't have been happier with the property, location and amenities! It's close to beaches, secluded yet just a short drive to Charleston. The property had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Thanks!

Lovely few days

We had a wonderful visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was comfortable and beautifully done. It was very clean, set up nicely for our group of four, and in a great location. It provided all the comforts of home and it has clearly been renovated recently. We hope to come back again!

Cute house near beach

Great location near the beach. Cute decor and plenty of kitchen supplies. We were allowed to take our dog for an additional fee. Only issue was the AC unit, especially the second floor.

Great stay for beach access!

We loved our stay at 767 Spinnaker. As other reviewers have stated, the property is a bit dated, but we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has ample cooking supplies and we enjoyed grilling out on the deck one night. We came with our infant son and dog, and access to the beach was so easy, even with all that we had to carry. We spent mornings on the beach and came home for naps during the hottest parts of the day. The screened-in porch off the kitchen was a nice shady spot for us. We were very happy and comfortable here and are already planning our next trip to Seabrook. It's a wonderful community. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Week Fun 2021

A wonderful spot for celebrating Thanksgiving. The home was very comfortable and included all the meal prep items we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all the living areas helped us truest enjoy our week. The location of the home on Seabrook was awesome and allowed us to walk on the beach everyday. The pre-stay communications were VERY helpful and complete. We will be back! 100% recommend.

Restful Time

A nice dog friendly property in a wonderful area. We had a nice quiet vacation in this gated beach complex. Would use this property manager and property again.

We had a lovely stay at 767 Spinnaker. The house is perfect for a family of 5 and a small dog.

We had everything we needed at this house, and a short walk to one beach and the beach club, as well as being close to other different beaches. It was clean, a little dated but that’s ok! The ceiling fan upstairs was not working and it did get a little hot in the afternoons/evenings. We liked this place and would stay again!

Nice get away

It was great to get back to Seabrook, this is our go too vacation spot. This was our first time not staying in pelican watch but we really enjoyed our stay at Spinnaker. It was nice having more living space and we were still right across the street from the beach. The property itself is a little out dated but it is very well maintained and we felt right at home.

Spacious and immersed in Nature

Bedrooms and living room are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry appliances were modern and very convenient. Plenty of deck/outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood with frequent deer visitors!

Island Paradise

Seabrook is a wonderful island for rest & relaxation. The Location of the Spinnakers is perfect for easy access to the beach and pool. We will definitely return next year.

Great beach trip

Great stay and location! Easy access to the beach and very clean. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and can't wait to come back to seabrook island. The only complaint is that the bedrooms get a little hot. Luckily, they had fans to make it more comfortable.
