The Devonshire is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home that has a beautiful flow to the outside entertaining and garden area via a superb architecturally designed extension.

Perched up the back is a restored vintage horse float that has been converted to a bar and looks down to the back of the entertaining area.
The Devonshire is filled with newly landscaped gardens including privacy hedges, olive trees, and a cacti garden.

The home is full of divine period features, fabulous lighting and filled with art, books, board games and Keith Urban guitar, if you are feeling musical?

If you love to cook, you will enjoy the modern contemporary kitchen with a lovely modern dining area with built in banquette seating.

There is a lovely summer porch out front, French doors, magnificent ceiling fans and of course The Devonshire is fully air-conditioned.
