The newly built apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet and idyllic location with a wonderful mountain panorama. You want an apartment with a great view, then you are right with us. Relax on the cozy roof terrace. Enjoy the unique view.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen / living room, shower / WC, bedroom and a roof terrace. In the living room is a sofa bed so there is the possibility for more sleeping arrangements (2-4 persons). Turn off your everyday life in our garden, ideal for children, as our house is not right on the road. In the garden there is a fine seating area with a place to grill and a playground for children.
The apartment is soundproofed and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Nettes Apartment für Zwei

Die Ferienwohnung liegt unter dem Dach des modernisierten Bauernhauses. Es sind ein recht großes Bad und ein Schlafzimmer neben dem Wohn-/Essraum vorhanden. Man hat genügend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und ggf. ein Kind. Die Loggia ist offen und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Allerdings ist es dort mit zwei Liegen und einem Tisch mit Stühlen recht beengt. Durch die relativ hohe Dachbegrenzung nach außen hat man nur einen eingeschränkten Blick auf die unmittelbare Hausumgebung wenn man sitzt oder liegt. Will man die gesamte Aussicht geniessen so muss man aufstehen. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile können vier Personen sitzen. Dort steht lediglich ein weiterer Sessel für ein bequemes Sitzen. Wir hätten uns einen weiteren gewünscht, der dann aber nicht wirklich dort reinpassen würde. Insgesamt ist das Apartment sehr modern eingerichtet mit einer kompletten Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und Backofen und einer Menge Kochutensilien neben ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Das Bad ist außerordentlich groß mit einer offenen Dusche. Das dritte Bett steht ebenfalls im Schlafzimmer, welches über ausreichend Schränke verfügt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung noch recht neu und sehr sauber. Es gibt weitere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Schuhe, Ski etc. im Hausflur im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss. Parkplätze sind neben dem Haus vorhanden. Auch eine Sitzgruppe mit Kinderschaukel ist in einem kleinem Gartenbereich für die Gäste vorhanden. Das Haus liegt zudem etwas Abseits an einer Stichstraße wo Kinder dann ungestört spielen, rennen, rollern etc. können ohne das auf Autos oder Traktoren geachtet werden muss, da die schmale "Haupt-" Straße dort hoch relativ stark frequentiert ist, aufgrund der vielen weiteren Häuser, Höfe und Ferienhäuser. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, da sie in den beiden unteren Etagen wohnen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung inklusive Bregenz und Bodensee. Außerdem bekommt man ab drei Tagen Aufenthalt die Bregenzerwald Karte für die Dauer des Aufenhaltes dazu, die freien Eintritt in die umliegenden Freibäder und kostenlose Liftbenutzung der verschiedenen offenen Sessellifte und Gondeln im Bregenzerwald beinhaltet (gilt für den Sommer; für andere Zeiten bitte selbst recherchieren). Es hat uns dort recht gut gefallen.
