This floor plan has 2 "wings" of the home to provide privacy to large groups, luxury upgrades and finishes, and 2 separate indoor gathering areas, and large gathering areas outside. We cant wait to host you!

Wonderful Stay - Clean, Cozy, and Perfectly Located!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean everything was – truly spotless. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax after a day out.One of the best aspects was the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a peaceful retreat, yet it was still very conveniently located. We loved being able to easily get to the riverfront for walks and Savannah venues only minutes away, and it was nice being tucked away from the noise and bustle of the main streets.Overall, a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place with great access to local attractions. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful gathering place

My group of friends and I loved our stay at this house. There were 10 of us and we never felt like we were ontop of each other. The kitchen was great for cooking meals (though lacking on basic seasoning) and the large couch was perfect for games. We shucked oysters on the tables outside and enjoyed the cool mornings on the dock. The extra bar fridge came in handy because #shenanigans. I don't think we turned on the TVs once. The neighborhood was pleasant, we went for a walk or two to stretch our legs and the driveway had plenty of parking for our vehicles. The host was very responsive and really accommodating. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Very clean with lots of space

We spent the weekend celebrating my sisters bachelorette weekend! The house was very clean, beds were comfy and plenty of space for our group of 8! Short drive to river street that is full of entertainment!
