The hotel is beautiful. I Shocked that it’s only listed as a 3 *. It should be a 4 star hotel. It’s immaculate. Breakfast choices in the hotel were good. The room was spacious. The shower had amazing pressure and the hotel is 4 weeks old. I would highly recommend. It is close to highlights in Savannah and very close to the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the welcoming vibes/energy from the entire staff as soon as we pulled up to the valet entrance throughout the hotel to the front desk. My wifey and I made history being the 1st one in room 220 (new hotel/2nd day of being open) as well as the street address being 220. The entire experience here was priceless, meaning Hotel Tempo is off to a award winning start!!!!

It had only been open for 2 days so a few little hiccups no wine on Friday night, Wi-Fi never worked and the blueberry pancakes on Sunday morning were served like a side dish with no butter or syrup. This location was in the heart of Savannah and in an area where there is a lot of shops and restaurant you can walk to. It is just 20 minutes away from the airport. Paid parking only and that was $28.00 a day. The staff was kind but the room was not clean, floors were sticky and when I called to the front desk they said cleaning service is done every other day unless requested. I requested the room to be cleaned and the front desk said they put in the request. I stayed there three days and the room was never cleaned.

Let's start out by saying the staff was awesome, management not so much, very helpful, and extremely pleasant. But, and I mean BUT, the room sucked, my wife and I had the worst sleep of our lives, and that was after changing rooms once. Now don't get me wrong, it was beautiful inside and out, but the A/C, dear lord, the A/C and its atrocious loudness. The first room we were in sounded like it was getting ready to start in the Indy 500 with how revved up it was. The second room we moved to did not sound like it was getting ready to race, but was preparing for take-off. with a low hum, but once it kicked on or off, it would pop and then rattle. Upon check-out, we explained the situation to the front desk staff, who were aware of the situation but unable to provide more. We also spoke with the manager on duty, who was also aware of the situation, but again provided no other feedback other than we're sorry, and we know this is happening. 0/10 do not recommend going back unless some serious overhaul has been done to the A/C system.
