I booked this room between 2-3pm the day of, and received confirmation of the booking. I then began our long drive from NC to South FL, and stopped here in Savannah to stay the night as planned. When we arrived, the hotel desk informed us there were zero rooms available, despite our reservation. We went back and forth as other people walked in and had the same issue with their reservation. Ultimately, we were forced to scramble at midnight to find a nearby hotel that would give us a room last minute. It should be noted that we, as well as other parties who were turned away, called the hotel directly AFTER receiving confirmation through Expedia and confirmed directly with them that the room would be available upon our arrival.

The room was clean and the bed was semi-comfortable, pillows need upgraded. This hotel served its purpose but it is not for the light sleeper. I heard every door, conversation, pipe, step, and TV all night. Im not sure if there just isnt insulation or it's poorly constructed

When we arrived to check in we were told that there were no rooms available and they could not honor the reservation we paid for 2 weeks earlier. My husband even called that afternoon to confirm our reservation and to let them know that we'd be checking in after 7:00pm. And Hotels.com sucks just as bad because there is no way to contact them to get our money back. I will never trust any Hilto hotels or Hotels.com.

Staff had poor customer service outside of the breakfast attendants. Although hotel somewhat remodeled it doesn’t represent the Hilton brand well. It’s located near the airport but you hear every plane and pipes inside our room and the other rooms around squeals when running water plus the toilet constantly ran. If your use to a Hilton stay this is definitely not it. Will not recommend this place.
