Nice roomy house, safe neighborhood with friendly people if you like morning or evening walks.

Loved the house. Large rooms, comfortable beds. But only 1 small couch to sit on for on in livingroom and 1 TV for 10-

Nice House

The location was absolutely perfect! 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and about 22 minutes from Tybee! Communication with the property manager was wonderful. From before our trip to during. Response time was really good! The house itself is really nice as well. However, it does have an extreme musty smell to it. Upon entry it’s something you can smell right away. You can tell they’ve worked hard to do several updates but the smell is very strong. There was also (very) visible mold in the bathroom that is located on the right side of the house. It’s on the ceiling near the vents, around the small window and along the base of the bath tub. The water to fill up the bathtub wasn’t working either. (Wouldn’t come out of the middle faucet) I had to run a bath for my daughter my using the shower head. Not a huge deal, I made it work, but just thought I’d let others know as it’s the only tub in the house. We also didn’t have any internet/TV the entire time we were there. I stayed in constant contact with them but unfortunately nothing could be done. We made the most of it though. Overall, it was a good stay. Enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. New washer and dryer. Would probably book again but would like reassurance that updates were made that would get rid of the musty smell along with fixing the faucet in the bathroom.

Very relaxing area

We are a family of 5. We had a great time, was nice to have all the rooms. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Loved that parents could be seperate from kids. Mostly quiet area, neighbors had birthday and were a little loud but not to horrible. I would suggest fans in all rooms, tv's in the rooms, towel racks need to be addressed, and better locks on doors, and replace matress pads because when we took linens off like asked one had stain on it. Overall we would stay again. Great price.

Quiet Isle of Hope House

This house worked out very well for our family vacation. The kitchen was functional for the few meals we made there, although a dish towel would have been nice. The bedroom setup was perfect for us. One bedroom has to be accessed through another, so our young grandkids had to come and go through their parents' bedroom. We had a "suite" on the other side of the house. The livingroom was a little small for all of us, but we spent a lot of time outside, including walks to the bluff less than 1/2 mile away. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. Patriot Homes was very easy to work with.

Hope Isle weekend get away

If you are looking for a quiet and adequate stay for your family and pet, this place will fit you. If you are looking for updated, 5 star level place to stay, you will be disappointed. Beds were decent and clean. Bathrooms were updated but lighting is not good, and floors were dirty. Light wasn't working over the dining table, which made it hard to see while eating there, but light some candles and it will make it romantic.😉 The yard is fantastic, kids loved it, and so did our dog! We are used to making due and not having 5 star places to stay, so it worked for us. Besides when you can get away with family life is good! The people making it all happen with booking ect., were great! And even when I made a mistake with my dates and over stayed, they were understanding and wonderful to work with.

A Stone Throw Away from Savannah

Property is close to downtown Savannah. It has a huge driveway that could easily accommodate multiple vehicles we had 6 at one point and it could have held more. Could sleep 14 if you put 2 to a bed (including the 2 couches) but has 7 individual beds/sofa sleeper. 4 rooms are private but one does cross through another. Bathroom on both sides of the house. Great place for a family gathering. Would stay again if in the area. Check out Driftwood if you’re hungry….excellent food and only about 5-7 minutes from the house.

Heaven sent!

This property was an answer to prayer for me and my family. The neighborhood was beautiful! The yard allowed for playtime for the little children! The hospital was minutes away! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall, the property was nice. However, there are some suggestions I would recommend. 1. With 8 adults in one house it would have been useful if mirrors were provide in each bedroom. Mirrors were only located in the 2 bathrooms which is not practically when women need to do hair and put on make-up. So, please hang mirrors in the bedrooms. I am sure your next guest will appreciate that. 2. We were short 1 towel set. There were 8 adults and only 7 towels sets laid out. Before finding the additional towels in a mesh bag at the top of back bedroom closet, we went out and purchased additional towel sets. I suggest making these extra sets more visual to guests. 3. Because the front yard is so inviting, we decided to have a cookout. However the mosquitos were quite vicious as you would expect for south Georgia. I suggest spraying for mosquitos moving forward. It is quite inexpensive when you use sprayable Cutters from Home Depot or Lowe's. 4. We also purchased additional dish rags because the property did not one. There was 1 dish towel and a dish scrubber. The dish rag is more when cleaning dishes and wiping down counters and stove tops. Overall, we had a great experience at the property. The staff very responsive when the microwave stopped working. We had a replacement with in a couple of hours. The staff was also very friendly.

Nice place, Nice location, and Good Company

This house fit exactly what we needed at the time as it was a quick rental (which the company did a great job working with us) due to a family illness. House was very clean and well kept. As it is an older house it needs some things done which they are actually working on. But there is nothing that would keep me from giving the company and the house a 5 star.
