Pros: clean, hot water with good water pressure, comfortable bed.
Cons: after booking you get a email with lots of fine print: The AC must be at a specific temperature, you can get fines if you move the furniture.
They limit the toiletries provided. Only two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you stay, the smallest bottles of shampoo and conditioner, one mini bar of soap so you’ll have to keep moving it from the shower to the bathroom sink unless you bring your own!
The worst part was the lack of response when I reached out about the wifi not working.
In the email you receive after booking it says, “We do our best to keep all routers and cable working properly. We guarantee that the service is paid for…there will be no refunds for loss of internet or TV.”
That should have been a sign that the wifi was going to be iffy at best and just plan out at worst! Within minutes of arriving at the carriage house after 4 PM, I sent a text about the wifi being out. They ask that you communicate via text. I received no response. I sent another text the next morning and still no response. Hours later, I finally receive a text asking if there is any maintenance issues they should be aware of. I reply yes the wifi as I texted twice before. No response! The wifi did finally start working on my third day in the apartment, but my gosh was it annoying to not have and it was even more annoying for them to not acknowledge the issue.
