The photo of the outside is very misleading. This home was in a very rundown older neighborhood in an area close to downtown. As far as location goes, it was great, but had I actually seen photos of the neighborhood, I would not have chosen this rental. However, it was safe and quiet even if we had doubts when we got there. The driveway was very small and there was not much room to park on the street. If you have a bigger SUV than a minivan, you may have parking issues. The price was too high for what we got. It is worth less than 200 a night for sure. This was a newer rental, and it seemed it was from an investor as the home was sorely lacking. First, the furniture was cheap and sparse and - no nightstands in bedrooms, no side or coffee tables in living room. Bed were just the frames and linens were cheap. No TVs in bedrooms. No glasses, only coffee mugs, no coffee maker but a cheap single cup Keurig, no clocks, and dishcloths or dish towels.We had questions for the hosts because the outside backyard lights weren't working. They tried to talk us through getting them to work which didn't work. They should have sent maintenance to fix, but they didn't. They also tried to charge us 500 for damage, but we did absolutely no damage to the property, and the host could not even explain or show proof to us of any damage, because there was none. So, beware of this host.
