Séjour à La Métrie (25/05 au 29/05/2022)

Le séjour s'est globalement plutôt bien passé, dans un cadre très agréable (maison adaptée et confortable pour nous 6, literie OK, équipements OK et jardin agréable ) mais il nous reste un certain nombre de points qui auraient pu être mieux, à savoir: - accueil à l'agence (remise des clés c'est tout) - arrivée dans la maison vers 17h30 (température 15 °C, humidité, le chauffage n'avait pas été déclenché alors que la journée a été très humide et fraiche, il a fallu attendre jusqu'au lendemain matin pour avoir une température agréable, - un lit n'avait pas été fait (alors que nous avions pris l'option draps et serviettes), - la présence d'une cheminée aurait pu nous aider un peu a relever la température mais il n'y avait pas de bois, d'après le propriétaire il aurait du être livré, - l'agence contactée nous a renvoyé sur le propriétaire, - le lendemain matin la chaudière s'est mise plusieurs fois en défaut au moment de prendre les douches, heureusement le propriétaire nous a aider à résoudre le problème par téléphone, - pour le bois, le propriétaire a trouvé une solution et nous avons pu faire des feux dans la cheminée le reste du séjour. Conclusion: la maison (et le jardin) est adaptée à une famille et offre un bon niveau de confort, mais nous sommes interrogatifs sur la prestation de l'agence (accueil, préparation de la maison, traitement des aléas)
