The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable! We were welcomed with a beautifully set table and a nice bottle of local wine! The rooms were well decorated and the extra game room was a nice touch! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment. I would highly recommend this place for a great weekend (or longer) getaway!

Lovely townhome, very well equipped with everything needed. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and offered an early check-in, which we appreciated so much. Only suggestion I would have is possibly illuminating the address on the road, as it is very difficult to find in the dark. Other than that I have no hesitation re-booking for a future stay and even suggesting to family and friends this location if they are traveling to Saugatuck/Douglas.

Everything was excellent. It was clean, conveniently located and very charming. The communication with the host was great! We would definitely recommend this. One minor suggestion would be to have something out by the street to make it a little easier to find at night-maybe a solar light or reflectors. Still a 10 out of 10! Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful stay! Lynn was so quick to respond and provided great tips of things to do in the beautiful Saugatuck area! There was a welcome gift too upon our arrival, which was so thoughtful, and a basket of "forget me items" if you forget something from home too:). What a great idea! The home is so cute, clean and in a great location! We did the dune rides, which were a lot of fun too and dinner at Phils, which was delicious. Thanks for everything! We had a fun weekend!

Definitely recommend!The property was as described and in photos. Very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Host thoughtfully stocked the home and even left a welcoming bottle of wine from a local winery. Lovely touch! The property is located in a very convenient location and within minutes of places to go. Host left us many suggestions for best of Saugatuck and surrounding area. From the time of booking to check out communication with the host was excellent. Only thing that could have made our stay better would have been better weather so we definitely appreciated use of the garage and the comfy hang out spots.Thanks Lynn for sharing your lovely home with us!

A combo of family and friends came to stay and had a wonderful stay. Absolutely every need was anticipated at this wonderful home and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Our group had some fussy members and they haven't stopped talking about what a wonderful place we stayed! Saugatuck is of course a wonderful place and Lynn made it much moreso!

This was a perfect place for our stay in Saugatuck. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was set up well and had plenty of dishes and pans to make cooking easy if you choose to cook during your stay.

We had a girls weekend, celebrating a milestone birthday. Our host (Lynn) was aware of this fact, and made our stay special and personal. This is hospitality at it's finest!The property and amenities are excellent! You are so close to all of the fun things to do in SaugLasVille. Exceptional property

This was our second time to stay at this property and we plan to stay again soon. The location is great, property nicely furnished with everything you would need and is spotless, owner is easy to communicate with and king beds are extremely comfortable. Best of all if you have allergies there is a no pet rule. We have an asthmatic child and it is difficult to find lodging. Again this residence is spotless.

4 night family stay

The townhome was very clean and welcoming. Close to town but in a quiet area. The king sized beds in each bedroom were very comfortable. Lynn had stocked her place with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The welcoming binder was appreciated and very helpful. It was filled with detailed information about restaurants and activities. The trails listed in the binder included the lovely trail near the property. We referred to the binder every day. Thanks to Lynn for the bottle of wine and always being quickly available to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
