Bright, friendly and modern apartment in the old town of Sassnitz. It is only a few minutes away from the sea and the port of Sassnitz. The old town is a good starting point for excursions to the Jasmund National Park. Walk through the beautiful beech forests or along the chalk coast and enjoy a piece of wonderful nature. Numerous restaurants and cafés along the harbor promenade invite you to eat.

Schöne zweckmäßig eingerichtet Ferienwohnung.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.Die Wege zum Bäcker, wo es auch Frühstück gibt, sind kurz. Steilküste, Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Silvester an der Ostsee - herrlich!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit über Silvester/ Neujahr in Sassnitz in dieser sehr schönen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend in der tollen Altstadt mit vielen kleinen Restaurants, Kaffes und Läden. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer und Stadthafen. Der Check Inn war unkompliziert, der Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe und unsere Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Unser Lieblingsplatz zum Kaffe war die „kleine Konditorei“ direkt am Wasser. Gutes Frühstück, leckerer Kuchen und prima Kaffee.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sassnitz war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist praktisch, sehr sauber und ideal gelegen. Man ist schnell am Wasser und am Hafen. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Perfekt für Pärchen

Die Wohnung liegt nah am Wasser und ist sehr gut zu finden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz Abwesenheit der Vermieterin wurde uns bei Fragen und Problemen gleich geholfen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Der Platz ist gut genutzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man wird von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine und auch die Tabs, sowie Mülltüten usw. werden bereitgestellt. In nur ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der man bis zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof fahren kann, sodass man auch ohne Auto, Rügen erkunden kann.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Nationalpark Jasmund - etwa 8 km oder 3 Stunden zum Königsstuhl zu Fuß. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Mieter der Ferienwohnung waren freundlich. Parken ist vor der Ferienwohnung zwar nicht möglich, ein Ausweichparkplatz in der Nähe ist aber gegeben und zum Be- und Entladen des Autos kann man vor der Ferienwohnung kurzzeitig parken.

Top Lage und super gemütlich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Sassnitz, ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ostsee und dem Nationalpark entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Wir waren 5 Tage da und könnten locker noch eine Woche ranhängen.

Schöne Unterkunft und nette Vermieterin. Kurzer Weg bis zur Promenade und der Ostsee. 300 Meter bis zum Bäcker und 500 Meter bis zum Hafen wo man sehr gut essen kann.

Positiv: + Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend und angenehm zurückhaltend + Lage der FeWo für das Erkunden von Sassnitz und des Nationalparks ist es perfekt + Ausstattung der FeWo ist solide und genügt für den täglichen Bedarf und Aufenthalt Negativ (subjektiv): - Die Matratze ist leider unheimlich weich - Der Kühlschrank Ist teilweise sehr laut. Auffällig speziell während des Schlafs da Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich zusammenhängen

Aufenthalt in Sassnitz

Das Objekt ist sehr schön in der Altstadt gelegen. Leider dadurch Parkprobleme am Objekt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. WLAN-Verbindung war leider mangelhaft. Nähe zur Strandpromenade und Stadtmitte sind sehr positiv. Alles in Allem ein schönes Ferienobjekt. Kann man empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge war unser Urlaubsort ideal. Wir haben viel von der schönen Insel gesehen. Am Abend sind wir dann in die liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung zurückgekommen. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können sie weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Quartier in absoluter Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur rund 50 Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Es ist absolut ruhig und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten im Hafen von Sassnitz. Auch der Strand mit den Kreidefelsen oder der wunderschöne Buchenwald oberhalb sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Vermieterin nett und unkompliziert.
