Unsauber und Schimmelgeruch
Bereits das Treppenhaus roch nach Schimmel und war unsauber- das Haus ist von außen alt und ungepflegt/ im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Bar direkt unter der Wohnung. Die umliegenden Häuser sind sehr nah an dem Haus, so dass man aus den Fenstern nur dreckige Hinterhöfe sieht.
Die Wohnung war unsauber, überall Krümel und abgewetzte Möbel. Der Kühlschrank stank so widerlich, dass es einen schlecht wurde. Im Bad roch es schimmelig, alle Filter verstopft und dreckig. Die Putzutensilien kaputt und in einen Schrank geworfen. Wir haben uns sofort beschwert bei der zuständigen Agentur. Leider keine Ersatzwohnung und nur Ärger. Wir haben es nur 1 Nacht ausgehalten und mussten unseren Urlaub mit 3 Kindern abbrechen- 1500€ sind weg- lediglich die Endreinigung haben wir erstattet bekommen. Man sollte sich schämen, so mit einer Familie umzugehen!!!
