Très bien situé mais maison un peu vieillotte. Pas très propre en extérieur. Piscine verte à l’arrivée due paraît il à des allemands indélicats . Problème réglé au bout de trois jours. Beaucoup de vaisselle même trop. Chambres sur plusieurs étages avec salles de bains et wc appréciable. Par contre bruits terribles pour les chambres du bas à cause de la piscine et de la pompe de relevage. Et beaucoup d’odeurs bizarres. Piscine non chauffée contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce. Beaucoup d’espace pour 8 personnes un bébé et un petit chien. Quelques améliorations à apporter mais sinon bien.

Wunderschöne Villa in Toplage. Die Zimmer sind verteilt auf insgesamt 4 Ebenen. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus und aus den 2 Schlafzimmern im obersten Stock hat man Meerblick. Die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer liegen durch die Hanglage weiter unten, haben aber jeweils Zugang zum Gartenteil der sich unterhalb vom Pool befindet bzw. zu einem weiteren Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Essbereich groß genug für 10 Personen. Der Außenbereich mit überdachter Veranda und Pool waren das absolute Highlight für die Kinder. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden.Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Alter von 13 bis 65 Jahrendort.Das Haus hat uns allen Platz zur genüge angeboten, es ist auf mehren Ebenen mit Schlafräumen ausgestattet so dass man trotz der vielen Leute auch mal seine Ruhe genießen konnte.Die Räume sind alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist, es sind Handtücher in ausreichender Menge dort. Zur Not wäscht man einfach in einer der beiden Waschmaschinen. Die Lage ist exakt auf Google Maps zu sehen. Bis zum Strand sind es 950m. Es gibt im Ort einen sehr kleinen Laden und einige Restaurants. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Sartene ca. 17Km entfernt. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ca.30 Minuten.Lediglich einige Stellen des Hauses könnten mal wieder geputzt und oder Renoviert werden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der sehr nette Verwalter spricht zwar nur Französisch ist aber sehr bemüht. Kommunikation lief über SMS und Übersetzungsprogramm.

Magnifique !!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Tizzano !!Toutes les conditions étaient réunies, superbe petit village en Corse, calme et paisible, à proximité de magnifiques plages, très beau temps, et la maison de location était parfaite pour une famille de 10 personnes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maxime et son épouse. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Belle maison calme et bien équipée

Très belle vue sur la baie de la terrasse Maison sur plusieurs niveaux permettant de l’indépendance pour chaque famille Équipements de qualité et en nombre Plage à 10 minutes à pied De superbes criques à 10 minutes en voiture Merci pour la réactivité de Max pour dépanner les vacanciers ! Attention pour faire des courses necessité d’aller à Sartène . Il n’y a qu’un dépôt de pain à Tizzano Superbes vacances dans cette belle maison au calme

Villa agréable mais des défauts de maintenance et d'entretien gâchent quelque peu le confort du sejo

Défauts de maintenance et entretien : Piscine bruit de filtration très gênant surtout la nuit et particulièrement pour les 2 chambres en bas. Par ailleurs climatisation défaillance à l'étage superieur et un rideau roulant bloqué en position basse dans une chambre..

Vacances de rêve

Très belle maison, impeccable pour plusieurs familles car elle est composée de 3 semi-étages qui permet de vivre en famille mais aussi d'avoir chacun son chez soi. Très bon accueil par Maxime qui nous a donné des conseils et des endroits charmants à visiter et pour manger. Par contre petit manque d'entretien, la piscine qui avait tourné à notre arrivée (mais très bonne réactivité de Maxime et du propriétaire), les chasses d'eau qui fuient et surtout le plus embêtant le manque de climatisation dans la partie du haut là où se trouve les 2 chambres parentales. Heureusement que l'on a trouvé un ventilateur portable qui nous a un peu sauvé nos nuits car même les ventilateurs plafonniers sont hs. Mais ces petits inconvénients n'ont pas entaché notre séjour qui a été un vrai rêve. Et je confirmes couché de soleil à tomber. Un pur bonheur.

Amazing villa, nice surroundings, calm locality

Villa is great - clean, nice.. we was group of 3 cuple and 3 another friends and everyone could has privat space. There is amazing walking around the seeshore. In village are several restaurants and one small shop. I love Corsica and this villa is my best off. I hope we ´ll come again.

erholsam, gerne wieder!

Objekt ist großzügig, jede Einheit ist ein Rückzugsort, Gemeinschaftswohnküche super für viele Personen, Lage und Pool perfekt. Außenbereich des Pools (Liegen, Gartentische mit Stühlen, Sonnenschirme) waren ausreichend bemessen und in Ordnung. Die Terrassentüren waren nicht verriegelbar und die Außendusche lief leider nicht ab. Trotzdem haben wir es sehr genossen, haben uns erholen können und waren sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adoré la maison. Elle est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. Nous avons tous apprécié la piscine et la magnifique vue mer et le calme de Tizzano. Le sentier littoral est magnifique et les criques peu fréquentées. Nous remercions Maxime pour son accueil. 15 jours de rêve en famille dans cette maison super bien adaptée , chacun trouvant son espace et piscine magnifique . Couchers de bonheur mémorables . Juste une remarque par rapport au manque de réactivité de la personne chargée de notre arrivée et départ . Par contre le propriétaire était toujours disponible pour nous aider. Conforme à l'annonce je recommande !

La maison est conforme à la description nous avons passé une semaine en famille où nous avions chacun notre espace. La vue est vraiment agréable et le lieu est reposant. On se sent très bien dans la maison, et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine ainsi que le baby-foot ont été apprécié par tous. Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci au propriétaire et au concierge qui ont été disponible pour nous. Je recommande vivement cette location.
