This property was so great. Beautiful views. It was clean and easy to access. We loved it. The hosts were the real star of the show, though. So easy to communicate with and they facilitated a catamaran tour for us which was AMAZING! We would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Property was very nice. Great location around Coco Beach area. Felt very safe the entire time, and the Coco Beach Club was a nice addition to be able to hang out by the pool and get some drinks and food… Very nicely decorated condo, bigger than we needed for the two of us, but next time we will have more people come with us!! I would definitely stay here again!!!! They were quick to respond to any messages and it was an easy process from start to finish…No complaints here whatsoever!!!!

Family vacation

I loved the property. I would definitely stay there again. Gated community. Nice pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, weight room. Most importantly, the view is breath taking overlooking the the bay.

Beautiful Condo, Incredible View

My wife and I had an amazing time at Coco Bay Estates. The condo included use of the club and pool which was great for a relaxing afternoon. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It was a very short drive to the main area of town where there’s a nice variety of restaurants. Check in process was very easy and the management team was very responsive to questions via WhatsApp. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and beautiful apartment

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 days. The manager attended to any issues right away. The wifi is not great, but this would be my only negative comment. It was good enough for us to work a bit, but it was not that reliable. However, we truly loved this place. The view is incredible and the unit itself is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The community has a large pool with pickleball and tennis courts which are well used and fun. The restaurant on site is also very good. We would stay again if we come to Coco again.

Great view, location and coco club house amazing!

Absolutely loved the condo, perfect for 2 couples. The view is better in person. It was easy to find with the directions given. The Coco club house is wonderful, bring pickle ball equipment and play everyday, swim up bar and restaurant is amazing and so beautiful. This area you can even do Viator tours where they will pick you up from the condo. Had everything we needed and would gladly stay here again!

Great View From Balcony

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking Coco Bay. Having two master bedrooms was nice.We experienced a couple of small issues that the Property Manager responded to, but never really corrected. The issues did not really keep us from enjoying our stay.

wonderful stay

The condo is very nice and has amazing views. There is a pool right outside the condo if you want something quiet and relaxing. If you want more activity, the Club has an amazing pool with a swim up bar. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts for open play. You need to drive to everything and traffic can get bad but lots to do right at the property. The restaurant there is great. Communication with Rich Coast Vacations was great. They respond quickly and are very helpful.

Fantastic Stay

I can't say enough nice things about this gorgeous property! The view is incredible, it has a great location near the restaurants and beaches, the house management team is super responsive and helpful and the security staff on property were so friendly and kind! A pool directly outside of the apartment was an added bonus! Check-In was a breeze, as was check-out. I'd rent this property again and again! Thank you so much for such an incredible week!

Unexpected change but all good

The property we chose had air condition malfunction. It could not be fixed so Rich Coast Vacations provided an alternative in the same development. We lost our view but gained a pool and a house. Lovely week of beach visits and pool time. Thank you, Rich Coast, for your assistance !!

First Time In Costa Rica

This property meets all the requirements for any vacationer. The location was an easy drive from Liberia airport and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions and provided great restaurant recommendations for happy hour and dinner. The restaurant located inside the property was amazing. The most amazing part of it all was the amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend this property for all.

Amazing view and comfortable beds!

We really couldn’t get enough of the view, coffee with ocean views is a treat for landlocked people like us. We also really enjoyed the comfy beds and large bathrooms. It’s right next to the elevator which was very convenient and felt like a new condo with nice appliances and with how clean it was. The town of Coco is 5 minutes away so we explored many shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive away is Coco Bay Beach Club has a great kid friendly pool and excellent food. I would recommend this condo for groups of 4, in our case a family with 2 kids, looking a value so you can have money left for all the awesome water adventures in Costa Rica! Nearby highlights include Diamante Adventure Park, sailboat snorkel trip and jetski rental. Restaurant faves were on the beach- Claudio y Giorgio and Cafe de Playa (gonfor sunset) and El Capricho on the main street. Check in was seamless and all our questions were quickly answered via whatsapp. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay!

Very nice condo close to Playas del Cocos. The views are absolutely stunning. Be prepared for a steep drive up to the condo, but it is totally worth the drive for the amazing views! My family enjoyed swimming at the clubhouse and having a special dinner at Sugoi (sushi/hibachi restaurant in the clubhouse). Overall a very nice trip. Communication with the property management company was smooth and professional.

Wow!

I spent two weeks here and would have happily passed another two. Car rental essential but the view took my breath away every time I walked through the door. I will definitely return! Thanks for this wonderful experience.
