Beautiful Villa - a real Treasure Island

We booked the house for us as family, to enjoy the Tampa region and bay area. It is as shown on the photos - a real oasis, no matter if you want to go to the beaches, to Tampa or just stay at the pool. It is a top notch location to go, we had a real good time there. I can truly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Villa Treasure Island! The house was spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 8. We enjoyed having our own private pool for the week. The property manager was excellent at communicating with us. Our family wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Great location, some minor updates needed

Great location, spacious, and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Lots of seating (though not all of it comfortable). Some touch ups needed around the house (missing tile from bathroom counter, scrapes on a few walls, closet door that doesn’t work properly, grill partially operative etc).

Bad neighbors

Theirs a noise ordinance after 10pm but neighbor feels 2 people talking is enough to call landlord and police which police say your good no problems talking not a issue while landlord and management suggest not talking or they will kick you out.

The house looks just like the pictures. Box fan was definitely needed in the master bedroom as the AC is not as powerful and the warmest room in the house. Pool and hot tub were great. Every kitchen item you can imagine is available which made cooking so easy. Very close shops and beach.

Great family house!

What a great house for a family! Pool was great, bedrooms were nice size for older kids to have their space. Loved that the master bedroom was away from the kids rooms! Location was great too! Close to the beaches and restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

Hidden Treasure

This property is absolutely a piece of heaven nestled in a bustling beach town. We spent most of our time under the Lanai. The pool and hot tub overlooking the pond was beautiful! Every dinner was enjoyed at the outdoor patio table, with some after dinner fishing at the pond, then soaked in the hot tub after dusk. The kids loved the pool with the plentiful inflatable toys. There was plenty of grocery stores about 5 minutes away. I recommend the fresh market for groceries and the Geraldson family farm down the road for devine fruits and vegetables, chop house for meats(don't forget the brisket smoking outside). Manatee beach was 10minutes, Cortez beach was about 20 and the powder soft beach of bean point was about 20mintues, with the most amazing sunset that shouldn't be missed. The house was perfect for our family of four and is a gem, with all the amenities. You will need to grab a few extra supplies to get you through the week. However, the house does provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and a large cooler for beach days. All the tvs are smart tvs to log into your disney +, Hulu, etc. All the doors have an alarm to sound when a door is opened near the pool area for safety, although we disable this feature while we were there. The garage is also available for parking your car. The property is perfect and we will definatly stay at again!

Great but missing some items.

Property was great but there were a number of items that needed attentions. Store top had two burner not functioning, light bulbs missing in several areas, dishwasher was difficult to load and start, missing several cooking wares like cookie sheets and cake pans. But overall a great place.
