Sisters get away

We had a fantastic stay. The host was super responsive. The place was adorable and very clean. The best perk though was the location. Steps from the beach and the village!! Highly recommend and would stay here again

The GEM

We stayed for a long weekend at the gem property. We absolutely loved our stay! The village with many food options were within walking distance and the beach was just as close as they said. Perfect Location!!! Some of our favorite restaurants were the daiquiri deck for half price daiquiris 3-7 every day. Gillian’s island bar and grill, the hub Baja grill were also good options! Must go get doughnuts at meaneys mini doughnuts!! We also rented a golf card from robinhood rentals which was walking distance from the gem. Overall our trip was wonderful and the host was exceptional. The best part was all of the beach towels, coolers, chairs and wagons that was provided to use at the beach! We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect Place!

This property is exactly what you want for a Siesta Key rental. It is between the village and the beach with a very short walk to everything. The property comes with all the stuff needed for the beach and, having stayed at other places where none of that was provided made me really appreciate the chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler. The unit is very comfortable and clean. Lisa took care of all our needs and I will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing in terms of location. It is a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot on SK

Another wonderful stay! Best value on the key! Yes it’s an older building BUT you won’t find a better deal for the location! And most importantly, it’s very clean and Lisa is extremely responsive and delightful to work with. The beds are cozy and you will find all the little necessities of home in the bath and kitchen. High Quality beach chairs and towels. You will not need a car and can walk in seconds to beach and just a block to the Village for eating drinking and shopping, including grocery. The Key is sadly filling up with million dollar high rises at every turn, but this lil bungalow gives the OG beach lifestyle that put SK on the map years ago. We look forward to staying again.

Thanksgiving Stay

This property is in a perfect location being very close to the beach as well as the village. Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She does a wonderful job of ensuring that you have all that you need including adding very special touches such as fresh flowers. The unit is very dated but served it's purpose. There is a musty, mildew scent and some of the floor stick on vinyl tiles are starting to come up likely from the recent hurricanes. The only "concern" we had was that the wooden stair case that you use to get to the unit is a little shaky and needs to be secured better so that it feels strong and solid. All in all, we'd rent this unit again.

Would Stay Again. Property as Advertised.

Great communication with Lisa before and during the stay. Location is right beside public beach access as described. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon/cart were provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located a few minute walk away from multiple bars and restaurants. Sufficient parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Great for 2 couples or a small friend group. If i return to Siesta Key, I would stay here again.

Great Location!

A nice apartment, fully equipped, super close to the beach(1 minute walking), and also very close to the restaurants area. Lisa, the owner is a great person, super kind with us. The apartments also counts with everything you need to go to the beach

Family vacation

The two bedroom bungalow was very homie, had everything ready for our stay. Is a little old of a place but the up keep and decor made it feel like you were home. We had a pretty good storm while there and the property manager was in contact with us the whole time was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the water and just a block away from the village. Loved our stay.

GEM is a gem!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in GEM and love it every time. The proximity to the beach and the village for restaurants, shopping and entertainment is everything you could possibly want when visiting Siesta Key! You do not need a car when staying here. Everything is extremely walkable and if you don’t want to walk, there are plenty of free transportation options! GEM is very clean, well stocked, all beach supplies you need, and Lisa is extremely responsive for any questions! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Siesta Key!
