The property was as advertised. Very clean, very spacious, and the pool was fantastic. The property had many extras, as previous reviews stated. Will definitely look to see if this property is available again during my next stay in Sarasota. 5 stars all the way!

This property was so nice!! The decor, furniture, complete design of the house was so inviting. The pool was great as well! Large patio w brick pavers, spotless pool, lanai and fenced yard. Very peaceful little getaway!

Best place overall we ever rented! Comfort, decor, well appointed w furnishings. The pool and covered outdoor seating area were excellent. Quietest neighborhood ever! Perfect access to everything. Host were helpful in great detail and the restocked kitchen essential were more than we usually find! Highly recommend!

This has to be one of the best properties Vrbo has to offer. The hosts were great and the property was clean and welcoming. We loved that it’s so conveniently located just a couple of miles from the beach.

If you’re thinking about booking this property this is your sign to go for it! The most well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool area, spacious and around 10-15 min to the beautiful beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay in The Raya House! :)

Beautiful house.

We had an outstanding experience while staying at this beautiful property. Its location which is near the top rated beach in Florida, its amenities, and wonderful neighborhood, makes this property a most valuable experience that surely will be remembered and will be repeated. Perfect vacation home

The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Only a short drive to Siesta! The pool and back patio was fantastic, we definitely hope to come back and stay here again!

Perfect stay

The house was great, it was really clean. It has everything you need, like towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was stocked. The neighboorhood was quiet, yet there was a supermarket in walking distannce.

You are close enough to the beach but don’t have to pay beach prices! Communication with owners was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Another Excellent stay!

This was our third time staying and it was wonderful. The children loved coming back to a familiar place, and enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. The hosts are also very quick to reply to messages and genuinely really nice people.
