The overall property location and appearance is great. The outside when you immediately pull up to check in is a little rougher than I'd like but the pool and workout areas are very nice. I feel the restaurant food was great and affordable as well as the outside and inside bars. I'd stay here again if we visit the area.

I would not book this hotel again. I arrived late, was already unpacked, and too exhausted to go through the hassle of requesting another room or leaving altogether. The room was excessively humid, and the air quality was poor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathtub was clogged, so I ended up standing in dirty, backed-up water while showering. One of the bathroom light bulbs needed replacement, and there were not enough basic amenities provided—soap, shampoo, and towels were all insufficient. To make matters worse, I woke up with a sore throat, likely due to the poor air quality in the room. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers. I expected much better for the price.

The only issue was our key constantly stopped working, so we had to go to lobby to have it re-programed 4 x during our 2-night stay and found this was an issue with many others. I was happy when it worked the night we did not get back until 11:30pm However, the staff at the front desk was amazingly sweet and very helpful

We checked in. Went to our room tried to get on and the door would not open. We had our dog with us and we were hot, sweaty and tired. By the look of the hotel, we decided to leave. I was used to staying in this hotel fo years and it was always ok, but this time the room was extremely old, all the furnitures were broken/chipped/rusted. The bathroom was way worse than a Motel 6. The breakfast isn’t an option anymore, the hotel was noisy. I forgot a personal belonging and called 5 times and every time they claimed they didn’t have it. Very disappointed, I will never come back there.

Disappointed. Always thought Ramada was good. Room dark and dingy. Keys wouldn’t work, had to get new key every time I entered room. Quilt had cigarette burn in it. Towels small, shampoo, conditioner and soap very small. Water pressure terrible.Wont stay at that Ramada again. Staff was pleasant.Black water flies in room. Room very noisy. Sorry to report but not good.
