This house was clean, well decorated, and somehow cozy while also being spacious.the game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed that the door could be closed while the teens enjoyed ping-pong. Inside you feel like you are truly in a beach house. The pool was so enjoyable and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. The host was easy to reach with questions and we felt welcomed.

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. Pool was nice. Property owner was very responsive. Even had a new grill delivered that next day because the one there was not working. We have stayed at many rentals in Sarasota, and this was one of the better ones. Everything is updated and clean. Our kids loved the game room. My only con for this rental is no screened in pool, but that’s a minor factor. We would rent this house again.

Exactly what we needed!

My family of 8 stayed at this home for 5 days. It had everything we needed with plenty of sleeping room. The up to date kitchen allowed us to cook several times, the roomy bathrooms were clean, and the pool was a nice addition for the days that we didn’t travel to the beach (beach supplies is there for use also). Kevin was super responsive to all of my questions and even shipped my toddler’s stuffed bunny back home to us after we realized we forgot it at the property. I would give my overall experience a 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again.

Sarasota will always be a part of me. My grandparents lived in sarasota from 1990s until they passed away in 07'. Years later I wanted to share my piece of sarasota with my husband and my 2 boys. Beach House with Everything

We absolutely loved staying here for our short get-away to Sarasota! The house had everything we could possibly need and was so clean! The owner was more than helpful and kind. Siesta Beach was only a 20 minute drive away and Der Dutchman was a mere 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again for a relaxing family vacation!
