Very clean. Private back yard. Loved the old stereo and record player. Everything you need is here. Slept like a baby in the king bed. Location is great. Walk to some small parks for the dog. With a boat launch and sunset. Had a wonderful stay for a week. We will be back next spring. Bring your own t.v. viewing. Info.

The host was quick, great and easy to communicate with. House was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the amenities. Plenty of space and room. For us, the fenced in backyard was a necessity and it was perfect for our two dogs. The backyard was large. Area felt secure with great neighbors and the location was close to everything we needed or wanted to see. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful for my husband to run around. We loved the dock area at the end neighbor. Great place to see the water. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place. Perfection.

Glenn was a very welcoming host. The house was charming, very clean, with all necessary amenities. The beds were very comfortable, house well-appointed and comfortablw. Great screened in porch, with sitting area and dining table. Overall a great stay.

Nice house!

We spent 2 weeks at Glenn’s house. All was as advertised. The house was clean and comfortable and well decorated. We also spent a fair amount of time in the back yard and lanai, great spaces as well. Communication with Glenn was easy and quick.

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2024. The owner was very responsive and super helpful. The house is not the best for “lounging” if that is what you’re looking for. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the primary bedroom gets very warm at night. The large, fenced yard was great for our dog.The location was excellent; convenient to the beaches, stores, restaurants, etc.

Clean and convenient

We were 4 adults and had a nice stay. It was convenient to Pelican Cove where our family lives. Everything worked in the house. We had a cookout on the grill one night and hosted a small gathering on the patio another night. The art on the walls was an added feature. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

We were there a month!

We had a great stay at this property. The listing and photos well describe the home, kitchen, outside, neighborhood and location. The owner was very attentive to us and the home had everything we needed. It was also very clean. I am a little challenged when it comes to TV's and streaming. The owner had to help us through using the TVs but he was very patience.

Enjoyed our stay

Worked well for our short trip for spring training and the beaches. Nice quiet neighborhood. House is outfitted nicely and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels. Also had two bikes available but we didn't have enough time to take advantage of them. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure. Host was very responsive. One thing to be aware of: the bathroom and closet for the main bedroom are in the hall. If it was in the listing, I missed that. Would work well for a longer stay for snowbirds if that was an option.

Nicely updated home, exactly as described

My sister and I stayed at this property for nine days. The accommodations and location can't be beat. The house was exactly as described and true to the photos. VERY comfortable beds, luxurious master bath shower, and the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen at a VRBO. I reached out to the owner once to locate the towels and he was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
