I was assigned in a disabled room ( I am not disabled) and the condition of the room /bathroom would have caused a potential accident by a user. Toilet seat was not secured, did not flush properly and was not cleaned very well. I will not book at this hotel again

Location was great for our purposes, right off I 75 and easy access to downtown and Siesta Key. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Room was clean, spacious, but dated. Bathtub/shower appeared clean but shower rusting around drain area. Didnt step into it. Used sink to clean up. Breakfast was included and especially good.

The phone in my room did not work. I reported this to the front desk the morning after check-in. After 3 nights it was never fixed. The reason I tried to use the phone was because at 9:45 PM people were running up and down the halls yelling and banging. I tried calling the front desk using my cell phone and an outside phone number. I tried multiple times and let the phone ring 15" times. No answer. I called reservations and they too tried to call multiple times but never any answer. Housekeeping never emptied my trash. Housekeeping evidently came on day 3 and took my used bath towel, washcloth and bath mat (didn't empty the trash which was very full) but never replaced them so the morning of check out I had no washcloth or bath mat. I found a rather large toenail clipping in the bed that was of course not mine.
