Pool was a little dirty but temperature was great and we did use it a lot! Kitchen needs a spatula (pancake flipper). Location was great and the beds/bathrooms worked really well for our family.

We rented this house with the identical house next door for a family wedding in Florida. This house had 8 adults and never felt crowded. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen and living space was perfect. 6 adults were in the house next door and the opportunity to share the back yards was perfect for the 2 houses. We could not have asked for a better set up! The host was so responsive to our questions!

Beautiful newer clean home. Split floorplan gave Gramma and Gramps a private suite, Bedroom for kids w bunk beds and 2 more bedrooms w lots of privacy for all. Large kitchen and heated pool. Very short drive to SK beach. Host very responsive to minor needs and info. Close to everything... grocery restaurants shopping and great delivery from vendors.

As amazing as pictured

This property appears exactly as pictures. It was prestine upon check in! The host was lovely to connect with as we had trouble with our first property we checked into. It was the perfect stress free getaway after a stressful first night! Highly recommend booking this property you will not be disappointed!

Don’t care for all the shells. Hurts to walk on around the pool. The 2 chairs in the living room looked nice but were not fun to sit in, the back cushions would fall out when you sat because of not support. Over all the house was nice.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends in Sarasota for spring break. The home was beautiful and clean. Perfect location for a quick drive to the beach and to great restaurants downtown. Highly recommend!

Family Wedding

Great house. Our family rented both sides for a wedding in Long Boat Key. Short drive or Uber. Great location. Would rent again. Only suggestions would be to have similar kitchen items in both sides and consider sending the move out instructions with the move in instructions. Would be helpful when guests need to depart early before the stay is over know what to do so it is not left to the last guests to check out.

Mid century modern

Great little house. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool but it was a great place and convenient to restaurants and downtown. The only negative was the quality of the beds. We are used to high end Tempurpedic beds and these were pretty awful if you have back or knee issues. Otherwise a perfect house!
