It's rare to have a hotel stay be the highlight of your trip, but this is one of those places! Wonderfully clean and beautifully kept apartment. Light, airy and relaxing. Cleaners come every day and make sure your room is kept pristine! Great walking distance from grocery stores and a shopping centre. Beach is very near. The city centre and the port are within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the area too. But most of all what made this one of my best stays ever; the staff! So wonderfully caring, way beyond anything you could ever expect. I have never experienced such kindness and absolutely flawless customer service in any hotel, in any country. They are beyond sweet and did such a great service in helping us during our stay. Please, if you come to Saranda, stay at Mamma's Apartments! This place seriously deserves to be the most respected establishment in this city. Thank you so much to the staff for all your kindness!
