Decently close to train station and clean. A little dated but okay place to rest. No way to get more toilet paper or other supplies. Trash repository was full on 1st floor and not changed out to be able to put more trash down.

Toilet Stinks

The room is nice with comfortable bed however in a few days of stay in the hotel the bathroom is starting to give bad odor which Im not sure where its coming from. Overall the room was okay nothing fancy but the toilet smell is really annoying

Don't forget about the laundry on level 2! I saw a washing machine in my room and thought I had to go looking for a Laundromat for a dryer. Thankfully once I had proper look at the buttons in the elevator I saw there was a laundry complete with coin washer and dryer on level 2. It saved me a 15min walk haha. Great area of town and close to the main station with a convience store near by.

It was a great location! Very very close to Sapporo Station. I received an email prior to my arrival with pre-check-in instructions that made the actual check-in easy and quick. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on in Japan. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable with a lot of amenities

A short walk from the Sapporo station. The room is like a tiny apartment, it has a lot of amenities: heater, air purifier, washer. You can grab toiletries from the lobby. It was clean. The hallway had some boxes laying around.
